Question: Difference between Shia Imams and other religions’ Imams⁉️

Is there any difference between Imams of Shias and Imams of other four Sunni sects?
Answer: Imam means leader of people. The other four Sunni sects of Islam have their own leaders like, Imam Abu Hanifah, Imam Malik, Imam Shafi and Imam Hambali, they are named as Imam because of their determinations of Halal and Haram through their judgements and Fatwa.
Shia also has scholars and Faqihs or jurists who give Fatwa based on the quadric standards of Shia, such as the book (Quran), Sunnah, thought and accord, during the absence of the Twelfth Imam to determine Halal and Haram to people. However, they are not called Imams by Shias since Imamate that refers to caliphate and guardianship, is the unique characteristics of the twelve holy Imams of Shia through the entire time and places of this world, declared by divine order of God through prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him.
Since then, the four Sunni sects have been established and Sunni Muslims are obliged to follow one of them.
Imam of congregation, Imam of Jummah prayer or any Imam for a certain time like Imam Khomeini, who have religious or political leadership place, are all scholars and can never be called or referred to as the main Shia Imams.
