RESOLVED: ATLAS NAVI & MARKET ONLINE STATUS - CONNECTIVITY ISSUES & NETWORK LAG:

The connectivity issues from our server hosting provider seem to be fixed now and we are no longer seeing issues with our apps.

We also turned on more backup servers and services given the influx of new users we have seen in the past few days!


We apologize for the issues and are focusing on mitigating such problems in the future.

ATLAS NAVI & MARKET ONLINE STATUS - CONNECTIVITY ISSUES & NETWORK LAG:

We are experiencing connectivity problems for Atlas NAVI and Atlas Market due to our hosting provider’s issues. This is at the moment completely out of our control and the hosting provider is aware of the issue and their status page is displaying this for all their clients in the regions where our server are.

We will continue to monitor and have already tested backup solutions with other providers, but these are not deployed yet.

We will update you on here when things are working properly again.

Here is a statement from our hosting provider: "During this time, users may experience timeouts or latency with network connections going in or out of the regions. We apologize for the inconvenience and will share an update once we have more information."

We just released new versions for both iOS (version 3.0.8) and ANDROID version (3.0.4) to the app stores.
Please note it could take up to an hour before the apps can be found on the respective App Stores as they propagate through the stores.

APP UPDATES - both iOS and Android:

- bug fixes and UI improvements for past trips
- fixed an issue regarding the generation of map images for past trips
- fixed UI components when navigating regarding map rotation
- fixed a bug that started multiple trips at the same time when a driver was navigating
