We miss Kampung Halloween already! This vibrant artist-led initiative that happened just a month ago is already igniting new possibilities in #OurSGArts scene โšก๏ธ

When emerging and seasoned artists collaborate, they create ripples of growth across our #CreativeEconomy. Kampung Halloween exemplified this by providing a platform for intergenerational exchange. From presenting their works for the first time to engaging in cross-disciplinary collaborations, artists at various career stages fostered an environment of mutual learning and inspiration.

Younger artists received guidance from experienced practitioners, developing critical skills, building connections, and growing communities of practice. This dynamic interaction not only enriched the creative process but also strengthened the bonds within the #ArtsSEPs community.

Meet the artists of Kampung Halloween and stay tuned for more initiatives and opportunities from the Arts Resource Hub (ARH) coming your way in 2025.

๐Ÿ“œ๐Ÿ” Understanding Your Employment Rights

Whether you're a full-time employee, a part-timer, or self-employed, understanding your rights in the workplace is crucial. While some aspects may not directly apply to the self-employed, this knowledge remains beneficial, especially if you consider taking on part-time or short-term contract work in the future. We encourage everyone to familiarise themselves with the available resources, such as the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM) for resolving disputes and recovering unpaid salaries. For more detailed information, please refer to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) post on this topic. Remember, being informed is your first step towards a fair and positive work environment.
