Subject: Urgent Concern Regarding ECG Medical Evaluation at SMC AFS Yelahanka

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding the medical evaluation process conducted at SMC AFS Yelahanka for Intake 2/2025 Agniveervayu candidates.

It has come to our notice that approximately 30 candidates were marked with ECG-related issues, despite having no prior medical conditions. This raises significant doubts about the accuracy and fairness of the evaluation process. Moreover, red card entries with 5-6 points were given arbitrarily, which is highly questionable.

Furthermore, during remedical medical examinations, many of these candidates were found to be fit, which contradicts the initial assessment. Out of 45 candidates, only 2 were declared fit, while the rest were considered medically unfit. It is difficult to believe that 43 out of 45 candidates had genuine medical issues, especially when they cleared their remedical exams without any concerns.

We request CASB to review this matter thoroughly and take necessary action against any discrepancies in the medical evaluation process. The careers of deserving candidates should not suffer due to inconsistencies in medical assessments.

We seek your urgent intervention in ensuring fairness and transparency in the medical examination process.
