I did a calisthenics workout for the first time and oh my gosh, idk how I’m going to move any of my muscles tomorrow…

Also some of your were asking my about my habit trackers! I currently use 3(!). For 75 Hard, I use my Notion template, and then for other little habits I use these 2 ^

Day 8/75 Complete

Had suuuch a busy day today but I really enjoyed it. I spent 9 hours working on the digital declutter template that I mentioned in my stories today and time honestly kinda flew.

My period is ending so finally added more intense workouts back in today yaaay

I’m also doing a little personal challenge on top of 75 Hard so my days are like packed with habits all throughout the day rn 🥸 I gotta show you guys my habit tracker one of these days because it looks crazy

Day 5/75 Compleeete

Today went so damn quick, I don’t even feel like I’m ready to sleep but going to do my night routine and make myself sleepy.

Day 4/75 Complete

First day of my cycle hit me HARD today 🤕 Stayed on the couch most of the day and was really in the mood to do my admin so caught up on a bunch of little tasks.

- Both were in the evening because I was in pain all day 😭 Went on a walk by the beach and just finished some yin yoga for cramps

- Need to search up recipes first thing in the morning because I’m so lost on what to eat, I keep eating really boring salads that I’m not happy with, I enjoyed AIP more because I had clear rules to follow

Day 3/75: Morning 🌅

Slept much better than the 2 nights before. I think I’ve just been feeling a little weaker these days because I’m in the luteal phase of my cycle so I’m prioritising just showing up rather than doing my absolute best.

My intention for the day:
- Today is my mama’s birthday 🌟 So I want to finish all my habits and tasks by 8pm so that I’m not stressing at dinner about not completing something

Day 2/75: Morning 🌟

Woke up with a headache and that is super rare for me so not the BEST start to the day but there’s still plenty of time to make it better

My intentions for the day:
1. Take it easy on yourself mentally. Routine takes time to adjust to, no one is expecting you to be perfect from the second day (so why are you 🥸)
2. Start winding down for sleep earlier than yesterday (I couldn’t fall asleep for around an hour)
3. I’m so behind on my messages at the moment so on my walk today I want to start replying to my friends

How are you guys doing? I’ve been reading all your intentions and reflections. It’s so so motivating doing it together 🥹

Day 1/75 Complete 🌟

I was SOOO sleepy all day today but we got it all done!

- Surprised that with so much planning I was still so unprepared 🥶 Need to plan my meals for tomorrow & go grocery shopping. I was kind of lost on what to eat and definitely ate less than I should’ve so not happy with that but we move.

✔️ 10 Pages of Non-Fiction Book
- Started reading Why We Sleep and it’s exactly what I need right now

Things I’m grateful for today:
1. The Notion template I made yesterday heheh, I’m so excited to see my progress with it, it made me happy to update it throughout the day
2. It was gloomy all day but then it completely cleared up in the evening and it was the prettiest bluest sky 🥹
3. My brother told me I give the best hugs and that made me day

Happy Day 1 of 75 Hard!

My intentions for the day:
1. Don’t let myself get overwhelmed. No matter how much I plan and prepare, starting a new challenge is always slightly overwhelming. I’m going to check in with myself throughout the day and remind myself that I did this before and I can do it again.
2. Take it easy with my workouts. I took a week off because of my stomach issues so I’m not going to push myself to my limit in my 2 workouts today.

I’ll update you on my progress with Day 1 before I go to sleep! Feel free to send your intentions/to do lists in the comments - this is just one big accountability group ❤️
