However, due to the flood disaster caused by this extreme weather, some of our mining equipment suffered unforeseen damage, which made these mining machines unable to continue to operate normally. In order to protect your interests and rights, we have decided to freeze the affected accounts during this period to prevent any potential losses due to the inability of the mining machine to operate.
We understand that this has caused inconvenience and worry to you, so we will manually compensate the affected account to protect your investment amount. At the same time, for users in some regions, we will carry out refund processing and fully compensate your investment amount. We promise that you will not suffer any actual loss.
