Dear partners, Firstly, I would like to start by appreciating some of our colleagues, particularly few of our normal investors that took it upon themselves to see that the company made a full recovery of it investors. Earlier this month, I told you in my speech that the company had already managed to recover more than 77% of Investors, but now am amazed to tell the general public that the rate has increased to 83% which is a welcome development for us at large.

I am so amazed and also encouraged that after all the circumstances the company has been through, we were still able to pull out these numbers. To me, this practically shows that after the whole battle with rivals, haters, fraudulent people from different angles, fake profiles and pages didn't work because we have almost recovered the afflicted and still working hard to recover more. We are deeply sorry for those who fall victim to them, but the good news is that the truth has already prevailed and it is now clear to everyone.

To this few investors that actively participated, should note that the company has an award of honour for them, which will be presented at my first zoom general meeting of the year. Please note that all users in this category will receive an appointment mail before the end of the month and the zoom general meeting date will be announce here on the channel once the appropriate date is fixed.

We are immensely grateful for a job well done and also urge everyone to please let others know that is only few days to the end of this phase, so they can join as communication is still a challenge for some of our Investors in other words I will still advise to BE YOUR BROTHER'S KEEPER now we still have a few more days to round up (Restructuring phase 1) so that a perfect history will be made.

Important Message to all Antares 2.0 Users!


To all users, we regret to inform you that phase 1 restructuring program has been extended from today April 3rd to April 23rd. We have made this difficult decision due to recent disagreement and queries between the Stakeholders, Marketers association and the Management today.

We want to bring to everyone's notice that tensions was high after the first post on April 1st that lead to unpleasant messages, treat and disobedient from the unfortunate partners, that even up till now, some of our investors are still activating with a reason that they won't be left out after the long waiting.

The CEO had to arrange an online emergency meeting today with all the relevant stakeholders, affiliate marketers of this affected countries so that a proper measure will be taken. Today at the meeting, the CEO (Alex Richter) presented to the board:

- Memorandum of understanding for the Restructuring phase 1 signed December 21, 2022, bearing the official closing date March 30, 2023
- Rate which increased from 45% to 77%

After much deliberation, the Board still insist that the company should give more time and opportunities for others to join since there are still thousands of members still waiting to join. The company has already extended the date, while withdrawals and other activities will properly resume on Monday, April 24.

We understand that this is disappointing news and understand its impact on you. We would like to reassure you that this difficult decision was taken for us to stabilize all tensions and also work to find the best way to protect the long-term interest of our users. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.


We are actively working on the recovery plan which we hope to provide updates and response as soon as you activate your account.

We want to address all user queries to please stop procrastinating and utilize this little time so that we can move forward.

Dear Partners, we wish to inform you and the general public that the company will take a break in processing withdrawals starting from today March 7 to March 31 2023. This is due to the traffic on our website as a result of many users trying to join the website as the dead line is around the corner.
On our last meeting the chief technology officer spoke on how the traffic is affecting the withdrawal processing and lots of deliberation was made by the stakeholders and finally agreed that the company should perform immediate mandatory recovery to ensure stable, easy and secure returns for old investors in this version2 website before the end of this phase1 project.
At this moment, I will like to apologize to all our investors that has been on profit all this while to kindly bear with us on this harsh period. At the moment, we can say that ANTARES 2.0 is still in a very early stage from the point of view of user scale. But after the initial development, we should also see some innovations and changes in ANTARES 2.0 in the decentralized track.This is a good start. In the future, I believe Antares will slowly start to gain economic value from users and enterprises, thus generating real and sustainable cash flow, which will gradually push the decentralized financial industry beyond the existing profit-seeking ecology and onto a truly virtuous and healthy development path.
So let's be organized and not distracted or disorganized by heaters or scammers that will always want to tarnish the company's image in other to achieve their selfish interest but let us focus on the future of ANTARES 2.0
