BITCOIN

HTF 1W:

On the weekly timeframe, BTC has gained acceptance within the $32K-$60K range and currently trades at $46K, breaking from a period of over 500 days below this range. The current market structure is bullish, characterized by a consistent pattern of higher highs and higher lows since the start of the year 2023.

Since BTC has found acceptance into the Value Area of the Volume Profile and already has broken the Point of Control (POC) I’m watching the Value Area High ( $46110 ) as the next target.
The Golden Pocket of the Fibonacci retracement tool is also at around that level, and I would expect some resistance for BTC at around $45000 - $50000 on the weekly timeframe.

If the trend shifts and BTC decides to retrace, I would expect it to test the range’s low in confluence with the Value Area Low and fill the imbalance (FVG) at around $30000 - $34000

Still waiting for price to take out the low AND see what develops after taking the low

The general aggressive way is btc takes out the low and people long in anticipation that high is next, Personally this is more luck that systematic as its assuming that price will take the high next when it can infact trend next downwards

Personally what I trade and watch for is what happens after price takes the low which is will price take the low and then MSB-market structure break and shift the structure to the upside? if we get the msb then thats when you look for a return to demand for a move to the highs

Second is more confirmed/ you have an area to put your sl and know what your target is.

While price does at times only give us the first aggressive approach the second method is the more systematic alongside patient setup

**WHAT TO EXPECT?**

Our market is sure to provide volatility going into the rate decision, most likely what we are typically used to seeing on the M15 charts or hourly charts. We will expect whipsaws and untradeable circumstances for that immediate release, but we will focus on the bigger picture here. We assume any rate hike pause or rate hike lowering to be bullish for crypto in general, providing more room for speculators to breathe. We assume a rate hike to be bad in the immediate short term and less optimistic than our other two options. Personally, don't believe this should be traded on immediate timeframes. Our focus and goal should be looking for news that fits continuation of our longer term ideas.

Volatility should be extreme from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM EST as the rate hike is announced and followed by the press conference at 2:30PM EST

In reality, the "pumping" of Bitcoin looks like only a test of the $27,300 resistance.

🔹Breakout of $27,300 will be bullish yet neutral.

🔹If $28,200 - $28,500 is broken, it will be mildly positive rather than negative.

The bullishness will be confirmed if $29,100 is broken.
