Gramophone seems like the only player implementing the playback resumption correctly for now :D
The music notification should stay in QS all the time even if you rebooted the phone (it can be dismissed via long click)
If you didn't implement that correctly that's what will happen on the left
If you did implement it correctly then that's what will happen on the right
