Standing in the over office of Afrohouse, I now experienced even more and discovered some of the reasons why some apartment owners are refusing to rent their apartments to foreigners most especially the black population living here in Moscow and Moscow oblast. 33% percent of the reasons are listed below 👇. Most of the foreign citizens which 35% percent are the black people, a small minority of them are very disrespectful, rude and they think they knows everything. About 10% of this minorities are those who are jumping from one apartment to another every now and then because they cannot managed to live with other people because of their bad habits. Some of them who are very lousy very notorious and very problematic, acting like clowns all the time and talking with a lot of ignorance. Whenever they consulted me that I should help them get them an accommodation, they speak things that are not even relevant to the business discussion at hand and wherever I tried to corrected them they turned the discussion into an argument and started comparing their senses with mind. Is easy to figured out and understands that there are two types of black foreigners that are going out there searching for a comfortable and affordable new homes for their better living. Most of them are insearch for new accommodation simply because of one reason or the other. The good black foreign citizens some of them are searching for a new place to stay because they have been bullied out of where they where living and the other searching for new home because they are problematic, notorious and very lousy clowns where everywhere they go there must started showing themselves as superior when the are not. Clowns! and they are very lousy, disrespectful noise makers who speaks with a lot of ignorance in my understanding, causing problems here and there because they think they over know everything, which they don't know anything at all. They won't ever accept their mistakes to be corrected. Please you all should understand that is very stressful for me and also stressful for the apartment owner as well, including the apartment agents, realtors etc for us to work with such type of clients. This same bad black foreigners are responsible for some of the reasons why most apartment owners don't want to rent their apartment to us especially the Africans nowadays. We all are feel very disturbed and we are all asking, " Why some of them can't understand "?! You came to consulted an apartment private broker you ended up trying teaching him his job meanwhile I can understand that you are speaking with so much ignorance concerning the business that you are consulting me to help you. Who does that if not a fool?! If you know everything and you can get the apartment by yourself then why do you need me? Please be aware of all those problem makers, if you are living in an apartment where any of these bullies are, once they bully you please call me or call the nearby police station, arrest them and throw them in jail where they belongs. Debout dans le bureau d'Afrohouse, j'ai maintenant vécu encore plus et découvert certaines des raisons pour lesquelles certains propriétaires d'appartements refusent de louer leurs appartements à des étrangers, en particulier la population noire vivant ici à Moscou et dans l'oblast de Moscou. 33% des raisons sont énumérées ci-dessous 👇. La plupart des citoyens étrangers, dont 35% sont des Noirs, une petite minorité d'entre eux sont très irrespectueux, impolis et pensent tout savoir. Environ 10% de ces minorités sont ceux qui sautent d'un appartement à un autre de temps en temps parce qu'ils n'arrivent pas à vivre avec d'autres personnes à cause de leurs mauvaises habitudes. Certains d'entre eux sont très nuls, très notoires et très problématiques, se comportant comme des clowns tout le temps et parlant avec beaucoup d'ignorance. Chaque fois qu'ils me consultaient pour que je les aide à trouver un logement, ils disaient des choses qui n'étaient même pas pertinentes à la discussion d'affaires en cours et chaque fois que j'essayais de les corriger, ils transformaient la discussion en argument et commençaient à comparer leurs sens avec leur esprit. Il est facile de comprendre et de comprendre qu'il existe deux types d'étrangers noirs qui partent à la recherche d'un nouveau logement confortable et abordable pour une vie meilleure. La plupart d'entre eux sont à la recherche d'un nouveau logement simplement pour une raison ou une autre. Les bons citoyens étrangers noirs, certains d'entre eux recherchent un nouvel endroit où vivre parce qu'ils ont été intimidés et chassés de l'endroit où ils vivaient et d'autres recherchent un nouveau logement parce qu'ils sont des clowns problématiques, notoires et très mauvais qui, partout où ils vont, doivent commencer à se montrer supérieurs alors qu'ils ne le sont pas. Des clowns ! Et ce sont des faiseurs de bruit très mauvais et irrespectueux qui parlent avec beaucoup d'ignorance à mon avis, causant des problèmes ici et là parce qu'ils pensent qu'ils savent tout, alors qu'ils ne savent rien du tout. Ils n'accepteront jamais que leurs erreurs soient corrigées. S'il vous plaît, vous devez tous comprendre que c'est très stressant pour moi et aussi stressant pour le propriétaire de l'appartement, y compris les agents d'appartement, les agents immobiliers, etc. de travailler avec ce type de clients. Ces mêmes méchants étrangers noirs sont responsables de certaines des raisons pour lesquelles la plupart des propriétaires d'appartements ne veulent pas nous louer leur appartement, en particulier les Africains de nos jours. Nous nous sentons tous très perturbés et nous nous demandons tous : « Pourquoi certains d'entre eux ne peuvent pas comprendre » ?! Vous êtes venu consulter un courtier privé en appartements, vous avez fini par essayer de lui apprendre son travail, alors que je peux comprendre que vous parlez avec tellement d'ignorance concernant l'entreprise que vous me consultez pour vous aider. Qui fait ça si ce n'est pas un imbécile ?! Si vous savez tout et que vous pouvez obtenir l'appartement par vous-même, alors pourquoi avez-vous besoin de moi ? Soyez conscient de tous ces fauteurs de troubles, si vous vivez dans un appartement où se trouve l'un de ces tyrans, une fois qu'ils vous tyrannisent, veuillez m'appeler ou appeler le poste de police le plus proche, arrêtez-les et jetez-les en prison où ils appartiennent.
