လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ ၂ ရက်ကဖြေခဲ့တဲ့ experience နဲ့ dos and don’ts လေးကို မျှဝေပေးချင်လို့ပါ။

How to study?
Zoom online class မတက်ခဲ့ဘဲ video learning နဲ့ self-study ကိုပဲလုပ်ခဲ့တာပါ။
ဖြေခါနီး ၁ ပတ်လောက်ပဲလေ့ကျင့်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ SLC premium classes မှာ video course ယူခဲ့ပါတယ်။ သူက test အကြောင်း၊ format တစ်ခုချင်းစီရှင်းပြတဲ့ video နဲ့ exercises ၊ certified မဖြစ်ရင် appeal letter တင်နည်း စသဖြင့် သင်ကြားပေးပါတယ် (no sponsor)

Anyway class မတက်ဘဲ self-study သီးသန့်ဆိုရင် YouTube မှာ Tr.Luke ရဲ့ video တွေကိုကြည့်သင့်ပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်တိုင်လည်း Tr.Luke video တွေကိုကြည့်ပြီးလေ့လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ practice အနေနဲ့ဆိုရင် OET ကိုပဲအဓိကသုံးခဲ့ပါတယ်။

Dos and Don’ts

-Test မဖြေခင် official website က Rules and regulations ကိုအရင်ဆုံးဖတ်ဖို့ recommend ပေးချင်ပါတယ်။ YouTube မှာလည်း DET official ကနေ rules တွေအသေးစိတ်ကို video လေးတွေနဲ့ပြောထားပါတယ်။ အချိန်ရတယ်ဆိုရင်ကြည့်စေချင်ပါတယ်။ (မဟုတ်ရင် certified မဖြစ်မှာစိုးလို့ပါ။)

-Test ဖြေတဲ့အတွင်းမှာ အတိတ်ဆိတ်ဆုံးနေရာနဲ့အချိန်ကိုရွေးပေးပါ။

-Wifi router က connection အတက်ကျများနေရင် ၁ ယောက်စာသီးသန့် hotspot ကိုသုံးသင့်ပါတယ် ( But phone/ tablet ကိုတစ်ခန်းထဲယူမထားပါနဲ့ ) distraction များတာမျိုးဖြစ်မှာစိုးလို့ပါ။

-Laptop/ Mac settings
Noti အားလုံးပိတ်ထားပေးပါ။ background apps/ programs run နေတာပိတ်ထားပေးပါ။ microphone, speaker, camera အသေအချာစစ်ထားပေးပါ။
(မလုပ်တတ်ရင် အောက်က YouTube link or official website မှာ guidelines ကြည့်နိုင်ပါတယ်)

-မျက်မှန်တပ်သူများ အလင်းပြန်တာမျိုးမဖြစ်အောင် ပြတင်းပေါက်ရှေ့မှာထိုင်နေတာမျိုးရှောင်ပေးပါ။ ကိုယ်တိုင်ကလည်းမျက်မှန်သမားပါ။ အဝေးမှုန်မလို့သာဖြေနေချိန်
ချွတ်ပြီးဖြေခဲ့ပါတယ်။ မချွတ်နိုင်တဲ့သူများ
Reflection မဖြစ်အောင်အထူးဂရုစိုက်ပေးပါနော်။ (examiner တွေကိုယ့်မျက်စိကို
မြင်မှသာ certified ဖြစ်မှာမို့ပါ)

-မိန်းကလေး or ဆံပင်ရှည်ထားတဲ့သူများ
သေချာလေးစည်းပေးပါ။ နားရွက်ပေါ်အောင်ကအဓိကပါ။ ဖြေနေချိန်မှာ camera ဘောင်ကနေမထွက်အောင်လည်းဂရုစိုက်ပေးပါ။

-test အတွက် app down ပြီးရင် စက်ကို reset ချခဲ့ပါတယ်။ background မှာ run နေတာတစ်ခုခုရှိမှာစိုးရိမ်လို့ပါ။ reset ချဖို့အဆင်ပြေရင်ချပေးပါ။

-ဖြေနေတဲ့အတောအတွင်းမှာ screen ကိုပဲအာရုံစိုက်ပြီး ဘေးမှာဘာဖြစ်ဖြစ်ယောင်ပြီးမလှည့်လိုက်ပါနဲ့။ ကိုယ်က cool ဖြစ်နေမှ
သံသယဝင်တာမျိုးမဖြစ်နိုင်မှာပါ။

-test result က 48 hours အတွင်းမှာ
ကိုယ့်ဆီကိုတော့ 46 hours မှာရောက်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။

-typing ရိုက်ရင်း keyboard ကိုကြည့်လို့ရပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် အမြဲငုံ့တာမျိုးမလုပ်ပါနဲ့။ နည်းနည်းငုံ့လိုက် အပေါ်ပြန်မော့လိုက်မှသာ certified ဖြစ်မှာပါ။ လုံးဝငုံ့ကြည့်စရာမလိုပဲ type နိုင်တာကတော့အကြောင်းဆုံးပါနော်။

-speakingပြောနေကျဆိုပေမယ့် exam pressure များနေတာနဲ့ သိပ်တောင်အားမရခဲ့ပါ။ အဲ့လိုမဖြစ်အောင် test မဖြေခင်စိတ်ကိုငြိမ်အောင်သေချာလေးပြင်ဆင်ထားပါနော်။

-real test မတိုင်ခင် Gurully မှာတစ်ကြိမ်တော့
ဖြေကြည့်ပါ။ သူက practice test ထက် score ပိုနီးစပ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီလောက်ဆို certified ဖြစ်ဖို့တော်တော်သေချာသွားပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တိုင်လည်း first attempt မှာ 100+ desired score ကိုရခဲ့တာပါ။ မဖြေခင်က certified မဖြစ်မှာ
အရမ်းကြောက်ခဲ့တာမို့ ကိုယ့်လိုပူပင်တတ်တဲ့သူတွေအတွက် sharing လုပ်ခြင်းပါ။

အားလုံးပဲမင်္ဂလာပါ။
ဒီနေ့ကတော့အရင်အပတ်ရဲ့အဆက် RLA writing section အတွက် tips လေးတွေ
Material တွေ‌ေြပာြပပေးမှာပါ။

RLA writing မှာအတွက် passage နှစ်ခုပေးထားပါတယ်။ အကြောင်းအရာတစ်ခုကို
တစ်ဖက်က positive view ကရေးပြီး တစ်ဖက်က negative view ကရေးထားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လာနိုင်တဲ့အကြောင်းရာတွေက environmental နဲ့ပတ်သတ်တာ/ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်နဲ့ပတ်သက်တာ/ president တစ်ဦးရဲ့ speech နဲ့ပတ်သက်တာ စသဖြင့်မျိုးစုံလာနိုင်ပါတယ်။ Olive real test ‌ေြဖတုန်းကလာခဲ့တာကတော့ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မှာ လူသားအလုပ်သမားနေရာမှာစက်ရုပ်တွေအစားထိုးခြင်းနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး ကျလာပါတယ်။ passage 1 ကိုရေးသားသူက robots အစားထိုးအသုံးပြုခြင်းကို support လုပ်ထားသူဖြစ်ပြီး passage 2 မှာတော့ opposite view point (လက်မခံသည့်ဘက်) ကနေရေးသားထားတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီနေရာမှာ ဘယ်လိုအကြောင်းရာခေါင်းစဉ်အတွက်ကြောင့်လာလာ positive ရေးသူကတစ်ယောက်၊ negative ရေးသူကတစ်ယောက် စုစုပေါင်း နှစ်ယောက်ပဲရှိတယ်ဆိုတာ သိထားဖို့အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။
ဒါမှ ကိုယ်က Writer 1 ကိုြပန်ထောက်ခံသလား / Writer 2 ကိုထောက်ခံသလားဆိုတာ ‌ေြပာနိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Test taker အနေနဲ့ရေးပေးရမယ့် argument (essay) ကတော့ ပေးထားတဲ့ passage နှစ်ခုထဲက တစ်ယောက်ယောက်ရဲ့ passage ကိုထောက်ခံ‌ေြကာင်း/ ဘာ‌ေြကာင့်ထောက်ခံသလဲ ဆိုတာကို ချက်ကျလက်ကျ ြပန်လည်ရှင်းလင်းရေးသားဖို့ပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဘယ်သူ့ကိုရွေးပြီးထောက်ခံမလဲ?

စာပိုဒ်နှစ်ပိုဒ်လုံးကိုဖတ်ကြည့်ပါ။ ြပီးမှ ဘယ်သူရဲ့အဆိုပြုချက်တွေက ခိုင်မာတောင့်တင်းမှုရှိတယ်၊ စိတ်ခံစားချက်တွေထည့်သွင်းဖော်ပြခြင်းမရှိတဲ့စာပိုဒ်ကို
ရွေးြပီးထောက်ခံမှသာလျှင် ကိုယ်ရေးဖွဲ့မယ့် argument ကပိုပြီးဖတ်ကောင်းရှုကောင်း/ ထိရောက်မှုပိုရှိမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒါဆိုကိုယ်ထောက်ခံမယ့် passage မှာဘာတွေပါဖို့လိုနေမလဲ။ ဘယ်လိုအင်္ဂါရပ်တွေရှိဖို့လိုသလဲ။

ဆိုကြပါစို့။ passage 1 ထဲမှာ writer ကသူ့ရဲ့အဆိုပြုချက်တွေကို ရေးသားရာမှာ နောက်ကနေ scientific evident or facts စသဖြင့် မကြာသေးမီကပြုလုပ်ထားတဲ့ scientific research တွေပါထည့်သွင်းအသုံးပြုထားမယ်။ fact ကျကျရေးမယ်။
စာရေးသူရဲ့စိတ်ပိုင်းခံစားချက်တွေထည့်သွင်းရေးထားတာမျိုးမရှိနေဘူး ဆိုရင်တော့ဒီ passage သည် test taker အနေနဲ့ပြန်လည်ပြီး supportive ရေးသင့်တဲ့ passage ဖြစ်တယ်ဆိုပြီး ရွေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

ရေးသားရာမှာလည်း အနည်းဆုံး paragraph 4 to 5 ပါဝင်ပြီး words count က at least 300 (ထင်တာပဲ Olive လည်း စိတ်ထဲသိပ်မမှတ်မိတော့လို့) ရေးသင့်ပါတယ်။
paragraph တွေ organise လုပ်တဲ့နေရာမှာ ပုံသေလေ့ကျင့်ထားရင် real test ကို‌ေြဖရင်ပိုအဆင်ပြေပါတယ်။ အချိန်လည်းမှီပါလိမ့်မယ်။ Olive တုန်းကတော့ ဖတ်ဖူးတဲ့ essay တစ်ခု outline ကိုပဲ အထပ်ထပ်အခါခါဖတ်ပြီး ကိုယ်ပိုင် argumentတည်ဆောက်တိုင်းဒီ outline ကိုဝင်အောင်ရေးကျင့်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒါ‌ေြကာင့်လည်း real test ‌ေြဖစဉ်က 3 mins အလိုမှာအပြီးရေးနိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး grammatical error တွေပြန်စစ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါကလေ့ကျင့်တဲ့ချိန်သေချာလုပ်ရင် ဘယ်လိုအထောက်ပံ့ဖြစ်လဲဆိုတာသိစေချင်လို့ပါ။
