"နှစ်ဦးနှစ်ဖက်အကျိုးရှိသည်/တစ်ခါထဲနဲ့ ကောင်းကျိုး၂ခုရသည်" လို့အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရပါတယ်

Eg. Working at home lets me have the best of both worlds: a good income and time with Family.
" Work from home လုပ်တာက ငါ့အတွက်အကျိုး၂ခုရစေတယ်။ ဝင်ငွေလည်းရသလို မိသားစုနဲ့လည်းအချိန်ပိုရတယ်"

3. Cherry pick - choose and take only( the most benificial or profitable items/ opportunities, etc) from what is available.

Eg.I don't cherry pick and always seek a balanced view of the subject.
" ငါဟာ ဘက်မလိုက်ဘူး အကောင်းဆုံးဆိုတာကိုပဲမရွေးဘူး အမြဲတမ်း အရာတစ်ခုကို balance ဖြစ်အောင်ကြည့်တယ်"

In dating and relationships, it is still possible to demonstrate authority even if you aren't necessarily in a position of power. One of the key methods in demonstrating authority is by showing in a dominant tone. Think about how prominent public figures always speak with a sense of authority and confidence. On the contrary, talking with a meek tone suggest that you have no authority and are not in control. It also shows in the way you speak; inviting someone for a drink using "Come and grab a drink with me" shows more authority rather than asking permission: "Would you like to have a drink with me?"
Authority can also be showed in these ways:
✨ Be more assertive especially when it comes to discussing what you need and want. Don't be ashamed to go after your goals. If someone begins to cross your boundaries, speak up about it.
✨ Body language can say more about authority than you think. Hold your head high ad keep your back straight. Look people in the eye when you are engaging in conversation with them.

3️⃣ Active မှာVerb3(perfect tense)ဆိုရင်→passiveမှာ(has/have been + V3)
has=အနဲ, have=အများ
I have finished my homework.(Active V3)
ငါအိမ်စာလုပ်ပြီးပြီ
My homework has been finished. (Passive)
ငါ့အိမ်စာတွေပြီးသွားပြီ

5️⃣ Vingဆိုရင် →being V3ပြောင်း
Engineers are building a house. (Active)
A house is being built by engineers. (Passive)

If we want to be at the level of
inner well-being, we have to learn to accept ourselves, regardless of how harsh our reality is.
Sometimes, we find ourselves being unable to get ourselves out of the area that we are being entrapped inadvertently.

This is only because we have never accepted our reality; we only try to go beyond it,meaning that we never learn to see who we really are, instead, we only see who we can never be. The more we try to go outside of our actual world, the more tiring will it be for us to accommodate to every situation, for the reason that we have yet to find something actual only inside of us.

We might probably, before going to somewhere or at anytime we see ourselves in the mirror, think ourselves handsome, looking in the mirror. But this perception doesn't exist longer if we encounter someone negative. This is because we are not mentally strong yet.

To get the level of being strong-minded, we should prepare by trying to become inner well-being, so that we can always motivate ourselves and finally we will come to see tremendous change of our mindset which is of no manipulation by anyone.
