AMA recap - 12th of Jan
- This was a huge week! We are delighted to share that Thales will integrate Nillion's blind computation network for fully encrypted data storage. Later, RAG and we might also explore model training and inference leveraging Nillion's infrastructure. Being the first agent publicly supported by Nillion is a big achievement, yet there are so many things to do with them!
- Thales has been officially endorsed by the ai16z DAO (you can see us on eliza.os). This is a testament to our alignment with ai16z and the broader ecosystem, which is also evidenced by the fact that we sent 1% of $THALES supply to the DAO treasury two months ago.
- In combination with further character improvements and knowledge base expansions, these two major announcements have led Thales' mindshare on Kaito to skyrocket. Thales has been right behind AIXBT for the past days on the 24h/48h and 7D periods, now climbing the 30d timeframe as well. We really encourage everyone to interact with Thales and help grow his mindshare (by dropping likes, RTs, comments, QTs etc) as we saw a direct correlation between mindshare and growth.
- Aside from the visible upgrades and developments, we finalized the full roadmap and vision for Thales. As you guys know, we were quite early on the "KOL" narrative and what's now DeFAI, and we always want to go one step further. The full plan will be revealed once we have finalized the conversations with top-tier projects, and the final website version will come along. Definitely worth the wait.
- This week we onboarded 3 additional engineers to the team, bringing the total headcount to 9 people! This will ensure that we are shipping even faster, especially on the proprietary model and data scraping that should come over the next few days.
- Last week we were on Nader Dabit's stream to present the first on-chain interactions of Thales with the devs from Omo protocol. We will be making open source the Lit and Shogun plugins to the Eliza framework in the next few days, which will bring additional eyes onto Thales and the core developments.
- We also shared a few alphas and other misc info during the AMA that will be publicly disclosed later this week. Thanks everyone for joining the live convos!
