Community update๐ฅณ
Pinball release update:
V1 - It was going to be:
- Wonderman score challenge.
- No other token integration.
- Free play as much as you like.
This was cool, but we were feeling a bit ... wishy-washy about this, so:
V2 - Is now going to be:
- Wonderman score challenge.
- Token integration, off-chain NKTR tokens.
- Airdrop of NKTR off-chain tokens for every day that you login.
- Pay in your off-chain NKTR tokens to play pinball.
- Players will get enough tokens for around 3 plays per day.
- Players can win extra tokens during play by scoring 'Replay', which they can use to play again, or recoup the tokens that they've just spent to play.
- All NKTR spent by players to play pinball will go into the prizepool - This makes for a great incentive for people to get others involved, as the more people logging in each day and playing will increase the NKTR prizepool.
- At the end of the campaign, we'll do an off-chain to on-chain NKTR token conversion.
We are not perfect, yet. However, we are perfectionists so this WILL delay the launch a little. But we don't think by much. Perhaps just a week.
A personal note from Garth:
I know that people will be bummed to have to wait for an extra week or so - BUT I expect that everyone will see that this is a MUCH better release campaign, both for our existing community members, and for growing our community.
