💡 As you have noticed the launch had to be pushed back a bit. The respective authorities are usually very slow and it can even take several months to get an answer to submitted filings. This factor is completely out of our hands.

ℹ️ The licensing process started already a while ago and we have submitted all necessary documents for the license in orderly fashion. However we unfortunately received a second amendment request for some minor things.
Just as you we were expecting the approval to be in by now. After receiving the request earlier this week we have tried to somehow get the request overruled but our effort didn’t yield success.

✅ The legal department will now submit the requested things accordingly and we expect to get the final approval.

🔜 To provide a timeframe is not really possible as the speed of the authorities to get an answer varies from somewhere between a month to several months.
This is based on our experience working with the respective authorities so far.

🚀 Over the next few weeks we will get all changes done and submit it. Once we hear back regarding the new filing we will update you and proceed with the launch procedure.

🗓️ We have prepared the roadmap for you and planned the next steps.

▶️ Sunday the rebranding will start and we will present the new Logo and branding.
▶️ On Wednesday the maintenance on the database will start addressing the accounting issue.

✅ The soft/demo launch of the exchange is set for the 15. April.
✅ 1st of June the exchange will be switched to live mode and you will have all funds available in your balance.

📈 As you know we had several bad trades which caused a huge drawdown. In the period till the official relaunch we will continue with our main trading strategy to recover all losses.
Once the exchange is live you will be able to either withdraw the funds or continue using our trading strategies in form of copy-trading.

🎉 The event will be held a month after the go-live of the exchange. The exact dates will be announced once the demo is live.

📄 Here is what was worked out over the last couple of days.

Vortic United will undergo a full restructuring and in that process also rebalance it’s assets and recoup the losses.

🔜 The restructuring process will be started with a rebranding. Also no new deposits will be accepted going forward until the relaunch and portfolios will not create new returns simply because we first need to recover the losses.

🔧 IT was already for some time working on the exchange. This work will continue.

We are currently working out the estimated timeline for completion. This will provide us with the time necessary to rebalance all client accounts.

✅ Once the Exchange together with the token ecosystem is ready we are going to do a relaunch.

All clients will get their current account balance + their current active package value (100% of it not just 80%) added to their exchange account.
The accounts will remain the same and you will be able to login to the exchange with your current account.
The balance will be available capital and it will be up to the client to decide if he wants to withdraw these funds, trade on the exchange or use the copy trading program.

📈 To compensate every user for the restructuring period we are designating a part of the tokens for airdrops which will be distributed between all users depending on their current account sizes.
The tokens will represent shares of the exchange and token holders will get a share of the revenue created by transaction fees from trades.

📊 As you know it was the longterm goal from day 1 to switch to our own exchange where everyone can either trade by themselves or copy traders on our platform fully automated. (including our own trading strategies)

🗓️ We will release an exact roadmap in the next couple of days and also some more detailed informations about the exchange and ecosystem.

▶️ Due to the current situation the anniversary event will be postponed. Once the exchange launches we will announce the new event date which will be about a month after the launch.
Everyone who secured their spot will obviously be contacted regarding the accommodation and hotel.

After long nights and countless hours of internal discussions we are hereby delivering you the long awaited update.

✅ Regarding the withdrawal system all work has been completed and the handover has been completed.

⚙️ However while this work was going on we ran into different issues on another front.
Most have already noticed that short-term packages once they expire create insane amounts on the balances which is not intended.
This is getting addressed by the IT at the moment and an approach on how to fix / roll-back is worked out.

📊 Unfortunately we also had several trades spiraling out of control and here is what happened:
As you know numerous of different accounts and sub-accounts are incorporated into the trading strategy. We noticed that some high risk accounts were in a huge drawdown which also affected other accounts directly because the accounts were in a cross margin mode which wasn’t noticed early enough. The difference between cross and isolated margin is that in case of a drawdown and at the point where a „liquidation event“ would occur the system just automatically starts to incorporate „free“ capital on other accounts as margin.
The overall strategy is and always was profitable thats why those losses went unnoticed until it was too late.

📄 We are currently working on a comprehensive re-balancing and restructuring plan on both; the trading and the technical front.

You can rest assured that everything is moving in the right direction and already several positive approaches are getting layed out.

As you can imagine such an encompassing endeavor isn’t done overnight as it also involves external consultants and lawyers.
However we are working day and night and will present the restructuring process on Saturday and start to roll it out next week.
