*STEPS TO COMPLETE YOUR ADMISSION PROCESS*

Hello everyone!

Good news! The university has started releasing the admission list. You can check your admission status by following these steps:

1. Visit the admission list portal. https://admissionlist.ucc.edu.gh/online_letters/admList.php

2. ⁠Search using one of these: first name, surname, or program.

3. ⁠Click on “Search” and scroll through the list to find your name.

4. ⁠Click on “Print Letter.

5. ⁠Input your application reference number to view your admission letter.

6. ⁠Pay your fees at the bank listed in your admission letter.

7. ⁠You will receive an SMS from UCC containing your registration number and login details for your student portal.

8. ⁠Log in to the student portal to access your accommodation information.

9. ⁠*Accommodation is chosed in the student portal*

Please note that the date for reporting is indicated in your admission letter.

The *University of Cape Coast (UCC)*, has now begun issuing admission letters to Undergraduate Applicants(non-awaiting) for the 2024/2025Academic Year ‼️

*NB‼️* Admissions are still in progress and hence, all those who may not see the admission list for the programs they applied for should remain calm, for most of the programs admissions are still in the process of upload onto the university’s admissions website.

Also note that, date for reporting to school as stated in the admission letter is tentative(subject to change).

The *School of Graduate Studies at the University of Cape Coast (SGS-UCC)* wishes to notify all applicants who have received admission notifications for their *respective postgraduate programs* and are concerned about *_missing the deadline for payment of the fees, that an extension of up to two weeks has been granted_* to make the required payment as outlined in their admission letters.

Please be informed that after payment of the fees, it may take several days, potentially up to one or two weeks, before you receive a notification for registration in your student portal. This notification will also include your login credentials, which will allow you to access the portal and change the password to one of your choice.

In addition, all undergraduate applicants(non-awaiting) are encouraged to remain patient as their admission processes are ongoing. Updates will be provided in due course as soon as the processes are completed and the admissions comes out.

For regular undergraduate applicants, please prepare accordingly. While some of you may have already received congratulatory messages confirming their admission from a few departments and/or schools in the university, please note that the official admission letters are still being processed and will be uploaded to the university’s official website soon.
