This week we're excited to introduce you to the tokenization of licenses.

But what exactly is Licenses Tokenization?

It refers to the process of representing or managing licenses using tokens or tokenization techniques. It involves converting license-related information, such as permissions, restrictions, or entitlements, into unique identifiers called tokens.

We're excited to introduce you to the concept of tokenized stocks, which is redefining the way investors trade and interact with traditional securities.

But what exactly is Stock Tokenization in a few words?

It refers to the conversion of ownership rights of a share into a digital token on a blockchain. In other words it is the process of digitizing and dividing traditional shares into smaller, easily tradable units, represented by cryptographic tokens (often called security tokens) on a blockchain network.

These tokens are backed by the underlying assets, providing investors with the opportunity to own fractional shares of a particular stock.

But what are the advantages,you may ask?

🔴 Announced a month ago, the official collection in partnership with Gonzo KK Animation Studios will be released on December 10.

The collection will be distributed through the new mint standard designed by Torekko, the Airdrop Mint, which addresses many of the security, reliability, and selectivity issues of traditional mints.

The deployment of the collection is done at Torekko's expense, with no fee being asked to its community.

Conventional NFT mints have many security, stability and selectivity issues. Torekko brings a concrete solution to fix that: the Airdrop Mint.

After a careful selection of its partnerships with Alphas Groups, and a gradual dissemination of its whitelists, Torekko will retain 2,000 wallets.

The NFTs will be minted in the form of Airdrop Mint, handmade by Torekko's teams, in direct contact with the future holders of its collection.

🔴 We are proud to announce the release of our first NFT collection in partnership with the major Japanese animation studio Gonzo KK!

The visuals of the NFTs were hand-drawn by the mangakas who worked on the conception of the anime.

The licensed Japanese anime NFTs will speak to both manga fans and NFT collectors at the crossroads of two communities in which we are very involved.
