This has led to a level of uncertainty in our mechanisims to discern truth from fiction, challenging our assumptions about what is real and what is fake.

The power of perception is the capacity to consciously shape and choose how we perceive situations, which in turn affects our thoughts, emotions, and actions. No one can make us feel a certain way without our permission, we have the power to change our perceptions. Our thoughts and interpretations shape our reality, we have the ability to reframe our perceptions and live a more positive and fulfilling life.

Emotions must be detached in an information war.
