BREAKING: TikTok has submitted an emergency request to the Supreme Court asking the justices to pause the ban set to begin on January 19, while they appeal their case to the high court. This comes after the DC Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the ban was constitutional and rejected TikTok’s request for an injunction pending appeal.

The state ultimately admitted the multiple errors but the Oklahoma Court of Appeals refused to block the execution of Glossip. The justices will consider whether the state violated the due process clause by suppressing key evidence from the jury.

BREAKING: Supreme Court rejects Missouri Attorney General’s request to halt the criminal sentencing of Former President Trump, scheduled for next month. Missouri sued the state of New York under original jurisdiction to pause the sentencing and the gag order imposed during the Manhattan trial. JUST IN: Supreme Court requests a response from New York by July 24 to a lawsuit from Missouri challenging former President Trump’s conviction and gag order in the New York criminal trial. The case was brought by Missouri to the Supreme Court under original jurisdiction.
