Real estate is always a good bet. And a solid investments because people will always need a place to live.

I have bought non stop real estate till 2019 and never really sold. Might start accumulating more after exiting crypto. No other way around it.

Unless they put us in pods but that will take some time. And taking away guns in the US.

Very important message.

So no need to fear monger and get down.

But time to take action.

We are worried about inflation but imagine when deflation comes

1. Human labor and knowledge value going to almost zero due to AI and robots.

2. Nuclear energy creating huge efficiencies and bringing energy cost to being a non factor. (Now imagine why countries are against nuclear so that they can bring in immigrants to cause unrest like Germany but it’s all temporary).

How will humans be of any value to superior forces whether the superior forces are human or machine.

I doubt either will be benevolent.

So we got 5-7 years to build a base of income and freedom that can fight the merging of human and machines.

Back in the saddle after a wild summer of reflection, recovery and travel.

I have been very quiet here but launched two products with my team.

1. Crypto for boomers
2. Forge(fitness product)

We learned a lot from these launches.

Also dabbled in some crypto degen stuff pump fun on Solana when the market was in chopsolidation.


So here are a few updates

1. Crypto: After the first fed rate cut announcement, the market seems to be bouncing back. It’s also following the BtC halving pattern and 4 year cycle. UPTOBER is upon us. Plus election year plus M2 supply going up.

Memes still seem to be the best returns but heavy dilution and risk there.

But overall expect heavy pumps into everything.


2. Macro: fed will cut rates aggressively and there is a 50 50 chance of recession or soft landing.

I want it to be soft landing but got to prepare for whatever.

What does that mean to prepare ?

Have cash ready to buy cheap assets after crash if recession hits. That means stocks crypto and real estate/businesses.

3. Freedom: I live an incredibly free life. Specially this summer, did whatever and wherever I wanted. I am sure those who follow me saw on insta:

Monaco
Italy
France
Romania
Croatia on a super yacht.

I am very grateful and need to work harder to keep my freedom and earn it every day.

The window of freedom is closing. I know I keep saying that but it’s true.

What he says is true. I had dinner with some original open AI devs and the AI we see right now is a tip of the iceberg. The rest is hidden due to moral or security reasons.

I do want to state here that as great as Crypto can be for generating cash,

to keep your sanity in the drops and to not make hasty and emotional decisions ,

it’s important to keep your mind occupied with other endeavors.

So hitting the gym and having other sources of income is important.

Crypto investing > crypto trading (and obsessing)

People asked for my thoughts on crypto and markets :

1. Summer was expected to be choppy/down for crypto. All the market makers are on the beaches and don’t want to be bothered.

But everyone got excited that BTC cycle is accelerated due to the ETF approval etc.

And we will have on chain summer on Base.

And everything will pump.

Well we are back to the btc bitcoin schedule with a nasty drop after halving and then buildup. But everyone is losing their mind.

Given no crazy events, fall should pump crypto into elections.

And interest rate cuts should happen if Biden has a chance to get re elected.

2. ETH ETF is on the horizon and has to be successful for the bull cycle to continue. It’s the BIG catalyst.

I think it will succeed, but there are no guarantees in life so risk management is essential.

3. Overall economy’s demand is not great. I am in a business where I see consumer demand directly.

As we sell boxes and packaging.

Everything is shipped in packaging. If packaging drops then demand for all goods is dropping.

Sadly that’s what federal reserve bank wants to see to drop interest rates.

Plus unemployment go up. Which has been stubborn.

Hence no interest rate cuts yet. But they will come. Sooner or later.

And crypto being a risk on asset will be the first one to Benefit.

So for now keeping the conviction.

But also keeping an eye to manage risk.

And of course generate more income streams so I am not depending on the Feds decision for getting the 💰

On the business side:

Myself and my team have been working on how to build a community and outreach structure working with many technologies and platforms.

All SkyMoney avenues.

Working on how to effectively utilize ad campaigns for maximum return.

It’s amazing that they don’t teach you how to run meta ads in school.

So many bans and ads rejected on both Meta and X.

But if it was easy anyone would do that.

And we wanted to come up with a strategy that would work for any electronic or physical product

First things first. Health and recovery from surgery.

This is a new experience for me as I have never had a surgery like this that had extended physical therapy component .

My physical capabilities are big part of my self identity.

And a big source of stress management and energy generation for me.
