It's all a load of bullshit.
CO2 makes up a tiny fraction of the atmosphere, mans contribution is a fraction of that and then again the UK a fraction of that. It's insignificant at first but so much of society is being destroyed in the name of reducing emissions and then when we find out about the truth about CO2 it all changes anyway. More food more greenery more abundance.
More CO2, cheers. Bit more of that global warming the UK's way would be great also.

Here's a quick trip into history to see what happens when a war on farmers is raged:
The Great Leap Forward (1958-1962) China.
This was a disastrous campaign initiated by Mao Zedong to rapidly transform China from an agrarian economy into an industrialised one. Part of the policy included the collectivisation of agriculture, where private farming was abolished, and farmers were organised into communes. Unrealistic production targets, poor agricultural practices, and widespread mismanagement led to a catastrophic famine. The exact number of deaths is debated, but estimates range from 15 to 45 million due to starvation, overwork, and violence.
