Last one for now.

RSC (ethereum)
0xD101dCC414F310268c37eEb4cD376CcFA507F571

This is a DeSci project backed by Brian Armstrong (Coinbase CEO). He shills it once in a while too.

Seems like an obvious winner. Chart looks crazy too. Circ mcap is still low imo. FDV is high, but I looked up the tokenomics, and it will literally take 12 years for the rest of the token to unlock, so I'm not worried about the FDV.

Byzantine General

07 Dec, 16:17

STNK (solana)
43VWkd99HjqkhFTZbWBpMpRhjG469nWa7x7uEsgSH7We

This project got CTOd by someone with A LOT of influence in crypto. I'm not supposed to share who it is though 🙃 I aped into this purely based on who took over the project. Sorry I can't say more 🤷‍♂️

Byzantine General

07 Dec, 16:14

Second one is SWARM (solana)
JBSVUpKgYNHt4GLtNebQxTJmZgftTMWENQrziHtGpump

I actually have insider info on this, but how relevant it is I'll leave up to you.

A bunch of the early ACT whales started accumulating this after Binance listed ACT and they sold a bunch of their holdings. Then they moved to SWARM for some reason. They've been holding this for a while.

The original dev sold all of his holdings and the ACT whales took over. They're revamping this project, took over the twitter, made a new website, etc...

Byzantine General

07 Dec, 16:12

Ok a couple low mcap memes I'm in.

In no particular order...

XING (solana)
5JcdnWEwuHh1v3SAARq8zH9tEwDQGpaHzBrZ81m4pump

I don't have much for an explanation on this one. It's just a good CTOd meme with good liquidity and a great looking chart.

Byzantine General

07 Dec, 16:02

Also, should I explain why I ape what I ape (👍) or just post the tickers with a chart (👎)?

Byzantine General

07 Dec, 16:01

Should I share my low mcap plays too?

Byzantine General

07 Dec, 15:57

Another big mcap that I've been trying to accumulate is ENA.

It's the Ethena Labs utility token for the synthetic USD thing.

This project should perform really well throughout the entire bull market because it captures yield from staking rewards and positive funding rates of which there are plenty in a bull market.

It's also good ETH beta.

I think that ENA will just continue grinding up for a long time. I have a bag, but I would love to buy a lot more between 90 and 80 cents.

Byzantine General

07 Dec, 15:35

Gm.

I think that DOGE will just continue pumping.

ETH & DOGE are still my largest big mcap holdings.

Byzantine General

06 Dec, 12:18

I think at this point either alts keep pumping with BTC ranging or both alts and BTC keep pumping lmao.

Everything still looks bullish to me either way.

Byzantine General

06 Dec, 12:18

I'm in disbelief actually about how good BTC looks.

Byzantine General

05 Dec, 22:48

Note that a lot of alts still look really good despite this BTC nuke. Even more reason to believe that BTC starts moving sideways here as alts continue to pop.

But we'll get more info in the next couple days.

Byzantine General

05 Dec, 22:40

Once the range is established I could alts still thriving.

Byzantine General

05 Dec, 22:39

BTC probably starts ranging now for a long time like I originally expected. Possibly a little lower first to establish the range, then chop.

Byzantine General

05 Dec, 22:38

This is a lot of damage, not the type of event that you quickly reverse. It's going to take a lot of time for the dust to settle.

Byzantine General

05 Dec, 22:37

It's just that last move above 100k that threw me off

Byzantine General

05 Dec, 22:37

Damn I fucking felt it in my bones

Byzantine General

05 Dec, 19:51

It would be very typical that as soon as I admit that I'm wrong BTC does start dumping 🙃

A close below 100k would be bad. I'm gonna continue sitting on my hands for now, until I feel more confident about where we're going.

Byzantine General

05 Dec, 15:19

It looks like BTC decisively conquered 100k, which is a bigger deal than most might think.

Now you're gonna have every mainstream media news outlet in the world talking about how 1 bitcoin is now worth more than 100 000 dollars. Every normie on planet is gonna wanna get involved. I honestly think that the crazy part only starts now.

Byzantine General

05 Dec, 15:17

I did a quick re-evaluation. It's full retard season.

Byzantine General

05 Dec, 15:17

Gmeow.

Byzantine General

05 Dec, 02:54

Happy 100k everyone, historic day 🥳

Byzantine General

05 Dec, 02:53

Looks like I might be wrong, strong breakout. Although it's on high leverage and funding.

I'm going to bed now, I'll check again when I make up and make a decision then.

But if it still looks good when I wake up I'll just go full retard again.

Byzantine General

04 Dec, 21:27

The 2 big mcap alts I still hold the most of are ETH & DOGE. I think it's finally ETH's time to shine (yes I'm ready to get hurt again).

Byzantine General

04 Dec, 21:23

lol perps brute forced the market higher.

As long as BTC doesn't clearly break out from 100k I still think that my idea is likely of a short term dip happening soon.

Just to make it clear I'm not shorting anything though. All I did was take some profits on a couple alts in the past few days.

For me it's very simple, either 1. we do get a dip soon and then I'll probably go max exposure again, or 2. I'm wrong and BTC just goes straight up and breaks out from 100k and then I would buy back in at slightly higher prices. It's not a big deal if I have to buy back in a little higher, the RR is simply really good IMO to sit on my hands right now until we get more clarity on the direction.

I still have a bunch of alts by the way, I'm just not 100% jacked to the tits anymore.

Byzantine General

04 Dec, 16:54

SOL still looks like one of the weaker majors to me, and ETH one of the strongest right now.

Byzantine General

04 Dec, 16:53

The dips that are coming on alts are for buying IMO.

Byzantine General

04 Dec, 16:53

I think this is just a short term flush though, which would honestly be very healthy.

Byzantine General

04 Dec, 16:53

Looks like we might finally get a nuke short term. I'm looking at one of those 2 circles for a bounce.

Alts will get dragged down as well.

Byzantine General

02 Dec, 13:08

Yeah so Saylor was holding it up, but it makes sense that we were due for a correction.

Once BTC establishes its range after tagging the lower end alts will be able to rally again IMO while BTC chops sideways.

Byzantine General

02 Dec, 12:52

Short term corrections across the board IMO.

SOL is the only major that looks pretty weak right now. I think SOL either dumps or at least underperforms other majors.

Byzantine General

01 Dec, 22:35

ETH and DOGE look really strong. If they both pump then that's really really good for other alts.

Byzantine General

01 Dec, 22:34

About the rest of the market Idk what to say. I told you guys that I expect BTC to start ranging and that is what's happening currently. Not sure if it takes a stab at 100k or not at this point (I also don't think it breaks on second try), I also think it's irrelevant. The interesting plays are in altcoins right now.

Byzantine General

22 Nov, 01:47

Considering that we're so close to 100k I think the FOMO is too high to stop here. It's very likely at this point that we'll blast through it soon.

However, there's quite a lot of passive supply. I think there's a good chance that BTC pumps to 105k or something and then gets exhausted and full retraced the "breakout".

Then back in the range, sideways for a bit, then bears get a glimmer of hope again, then we probably just rally again.

Byzantine General

22 Nov, 01:45

So we did get another pop. I'll admit though that even I as a bull am currently in disbelief lol.

Anyway...

Byzantine General

20 Nov, 21:38

Looks like we'll get another pop higher. Spot markets started bidding hard out of nowhere.

Byzantine General

BTC open interest is skyrocketing while it's struggling to make a clean breakout, meanwhile a lot of alts are breaking down.

This looks a little sketchy to me. I could see a nuke happen soon, perhaps one more pop up before nuke. BTC most likely stays above 80 though I think, but if it does nuke alts will get the worst of it.

I don't have super high conviction on this so I'm not shorting anything, I wouldn't recommend shortin anything either, but this is a good place to close some leveraged longs IMO.

Also the fact that we're now gambling on TikTok shitters... Kinda feels like a short term cooling off phase makes sense. I personally wanted to buy some more garbage in the trenches, but I'm sitting on my hands for now until I got more clarity.

If you've been feeling sidelined then now is probably a good time to set some stink bids. I'm only talking about a short term nuke, the bull market is still on.

We'll see what happens when the US session starts, that'll dictate where we go from here. The setup looks good, we just need a little support from ETFs.

Byzantine General

14 Nov, 16:24

BTC technically hasn't lost momentum yet.

So it's possible that it goes for one more push higher after touching the trend line, then taking out the highs then a bigger retrace.

Second most plausible scenario is that it does move lower from here. A takeout of the local lows between 85k - 84k would be a nice bid for a short term trade.

Personally, as I said in one of my recent posts, I'm 100% in spot from way lower so I'm not doing anything right now. Just sitting on my hands. We'll go way higher eventually.

Byzantine General

14 Nov, 16:06

We were due for a little pullback, but I'm not too worried.

I'm not sure how low we go, but we probably front run 80k because surely that's a level that everyone wants to bid.

The perps basis briefly increased as the New York session ended, but as soon as American trading hours started again Coinbase and Kraken started bidding, resulting in the perps basis completely neutralising.

This combined with the fact that open interest is relatively low makes everything still look good.

Clearly a lot depends on New York trading hours though. The day when the western bid slows down is probably when we get our first significant retrace.

I'll catch up with some general market thoughts.

If it wasn't obvious already, there's 0 reason to not be max bullish.

> Start of the new monetary easing cycle
> Start of the new US presidential cycle WITH a pro crypto president
> Gary Gensler on the way out
> ETFs showing institutional FOMO
> BTC making new all time highs demanding attention from mainstream media again

I'm personally FULLY allocated, meaning I have no more stablecoins. This is retard season, you gotta go full retard. I will be (and am already) using my large ETH and SOL holdings to trade altcoins, mostly meme coins (although I do have a bunch of serious alts too).

BTC is currently experiencing a melt up. A bit of froth is starting to show, but it's still relatively muted. And it's clearly not just perps pushing us higher, it's actually mostly spot market absolutely chadding (ETFs are definitely doing heavy lifting).

At this point I expect BTC to reach something close to 100k. Bitcoin likes very round and big psychological levels. Then we probably get a nasty rejection. Long and brutal range between 100k & 80k. Then the next rally begins that takes us beyond 100k. I think 250k isn't out of the question this cycle.

I also expect ETH/BTC to be close to bottoming out, it looks very good IMO (although very short term it's reaching resistance).

I think it's painfully obvious that SOL will make new highs, looks very strong.

I think that BTC ecosystem plays (DeFi, L2s, NFTs, ...) will do very well.

I think that meme coins will cotinue to do very well, especially after today's ACT saga. If you don't know, Binance listed a 20m mcap "AI" coin which was basically a meme coin and it sent that coin into the stratosphere. This completely recaptured the meme coin zeitgheist. Of course, of course, memes are the most high risk/high reward.

Ok I think that's it for now, I'll post more regularly from now on. And I'm also still planning on launching my newsletter.

Let's get rich this cycle lads, appreciate what's happening right now. These are extraordinary circumstances.

Byzantine General

11 Nov, 21:33

Hey lads.

I know know, how ironic that I say that I'm locked in and then I leave again. I was actually locked in, but I was entirely focused on trading 😅

I'm gonna start posting here again though. My plan is basically to turn this TG into my serious feed because I do shitpost a lot on twitter. So here I'll only post market commentary or charts, I'll sometimes also link a tweet I made if I think it's useful or interesting. Thanks for sticking around despite my absense ❤️

Byzantine General

03 Oct, 21:49

I'll see you soon with my first newsletter Trader Digest edition.

Byzantine General

03 Oct, 21:46

BTC 60k is an interesting level. I could see a shakeout below it to 58k or something, then reclaim 60k then that would be an easy long.

Byzantine General

03 Oct, 21:44

Also lads, I was very busy recently with moving to a new place, but I'm done moving now so I'm locked in again.

Byzantine General

03 Oct, 21:43

This is now my biggest bag behind BTC, ETH & SOL.

Looks strong.

Byzantine General

14 Sep, 12:26

And I've also considered the feedback and I might also do a trader digest where I talk more specifically about the state of the market.

Byzantine General

14 Sep, 12:26

Second editions lads.

Byzantine General

08 Sep, 16:17

A bit more clarification about the newsletter...

So I would like to post weekly briefings with the most important stuff that happened in the past week. It's mostly charts with some short commentary. Occasionally I'll also add something that I think is alpha.

And I would also like to post 1 research report every month. These would be more in depth analys reports always a specific, but different topic.

And then also 1 educational post per month. Like those threads I've made about CVD, OI, etc...

Byzantine General

08 Sep, 15:24

Since there's nothing to do right now for me on the market except for losing money trading garbage slow bleed chop, I started working on a newsletter which is something I've always wanted to launch.

I just finished my first edition, it's free, although I'm only sharing this first edition here. Feel free to let me know whether you like it or not (I believe that everyone can comment on the post).

SOL is still above 120 which technically makes it look better than the rest, but it also tapped that support like a million times so LMAO I wouldn't bet on this holding.

Byzantine General

08 Sep, 15:20

BTC is even less clear to me.
I'm just going to wait until there's more clarity.

Byzantine General

08 Sep, 15:19

With ETH I could see something like this happen, bear trap below 2k then strong bounce. But I'm honestly not sure.

Byzantine General

08 Sep, 15:19

I haven't been trading much recently, but I closed all leveraged positions I had, also reduced my SOL and BTC spot exposure a bit.

Gonna be honest, I have no clue what happens short term, but the market does look ugly.

Byzantine General

08 Sep, 15:18

It closed below 54k. The market has been really shit hasn't it.

Byzantine General

08 Sep, 15:18

Well SHIT

Byzantine General

28 Aug, 01:07

Higher timeframe though I wouldn't really be worried unless it closed below 54k.

Byzantine General

28 Aug, 01:06

BTC 56k probably, then more chop, then we'll see.

Byzantine General

28 Aug, 01:06

Yeah big nuke...

Byzantine General

27 Aug, 16:49

Low timeframe I think we go a little lower first. This dump is very sketchy. BTC never fully retraces a range breakout unless it goes even lower.

Byzantine General

25 Aug, 13:02

BTC OI almost at a local peak again. In recent times whenever BTC's OI reached 180k-190k contracts BTC made a massive move.
