The Turing Testnet is live! This marks Taiko's final pre-Mainnet testing environment, focused on vetting deployments, stress tests, and scalability assessments.
Users play a crucial role in network orchestration, ensuring seamless integration and providing valuable feedback for product improvements. As you transition from Goldberg to Turing, here are some things to keep in mind:
Key points:
- Bugs are expected
- Report bugs/issues to the Avail Team immediately
- Seasoned validators from Goldberg and Kate are part of the initiative
- Goldberg nodes can be spun down and participation in running the Turing network is optional
Turing most closely resembles Avail DA Mainnet so we recommend users to start testing. For step-by-step instructions on installing a Turing Avail Node using systemctl visit this page:
