Expecting BSE to dip till atleast 4500 levels!!

Some people asked me in DM, how to understand and analyse the PE l, when does it become a problem?

So, PE ratio tells us how much are you paying for every rupee that the company earns.
For example, if a company has a PE of 40, it means for every one rupee the company earns, you are willing to pay 40 rs against it.
So when PE reaches 100-150 levels, the earnings of companies should increase by 50-100%. Beyond a point it becomes mathematically impossible to do that. Hence, the valuations need to become fairer!

CDSL, kanyes, trent, check all of them!!
Common things to note-
1) All have corrected by 40-50%
2) All the corrections started when monthly RSI went over 90
3) All had crazy valuations!! 100-150x PE. And Price to Book value going over 100.

What next? Check BSE, can it be the next to show similar dip? I think yes!!

Check out other such companies, and try to short them on every rise! (Through FnO) Good way going forward ✅
