Solution: Avoid impulsive trades driven by boredom. Recognize that break-even days are not failures and can be part of a disciplined trading plan29.

Solution: Stay composed and avoid overconfidence. Analyze your success objectively and continue to refine your trading strategy57.

How to Deal with These Challenges:

Document Your Emotions: Write down your thoughts and feelings on each type of day to better understand and manage your reactions.

Maintain Discipline: Stick to your trading plan and avoid impulsive decisions based on emotions.

Stay Realistic: Measure success over the long term, not just one day13.
