मुकदमा आज दिनांक 21 जनवरी को दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय में ग्रुप डी रिक्ति 2024 के योग्यता से संबंधित सुनवाई हुई

दोनों पक्षों ने अपना पक्ष रखा और रेलवे ने रिट याचिका को खारिज करने की अपील की, लेकिन जज साहब ने इसे सुनवाई योग्य मान्ते हुए, मामले को कैट कोर्ट ने ट्रांसफर किया , जिसकी सुनवाई कल 22Jan को होनी है..इसके बाद रेलवे ने बड़ा कदम उठाया CEN 08/2024 को वेबसाइट से हटा लिया। अब ये CEN 08/2024 कल की सुनवाई के बाद केस स्टेटस को देखते हुए नोटिफिकेशन आउट होगा.

*बेहद हैरतअंगेज यह मामला हाजीपुर के महुआ प्रखंड क्षेत्र के उच्च विद्यालय हसनपुर ओसती का है । इस विद्यालय में सेवारत बीपीएससी टीचर जितेंद्र कुमार सिंह को शिक्षा विभाग की तरफ से गर्भवती बता कर, अवकाश दे दिया गया है ! शिक्षा विभाग के पोर्टल ई शिक्षा कोष पर, जितेंद्र कुमार सिंह को मैटरनिटी लीव दिया गया है ! शिक्षा विभाग की नजर में और ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट के अनुसार, शिक्षक जितेंद्र कुमार सिंह प्रेग्नेंट हैं और छुट्टी पर हैं ! गौरतलब है कि मैटरनिटी अवकाश सिर्फ और सिर्फ महिला टीचर के लिए होता है ! महिला शिक्षकों को यह छुट्टी तब मिलती है, जब वह गर्भवती हों और बच्चे को जन्म देने वाली हों ! लेकिन हाजीपुर में तो, मामला ही पूरी तरह से पलट गया है ! यहाँ तो पुरुष टीचर को भी, मैटरनिटी लीव दिया गया है ! धन्य है बिहार और धन्य धन्य है इस सूबे का शिक्षा विभाग !!*
