Worked till 1:30 AM yesterday.

Today, after 4 hours of sleep, I woke up at 05:30 to visit an AI event in another city.

This event is not necessarily a must-visit, but I decided to give it a chance because maybe I can meet potential life-changing AI partners for GT Protocol.

That's why I woke up early to arrive on time and not miss a single minute of it.

It's all about stepping out of a comfort zone and putting all the efforts to increase the success chances to the max possible level.

Always do my best and reward comes automatically.
Dedication is a key.

I follow this principle since my early childhood, and I believe it is one of key factors in the success of GT Protocol.

I found a very cool use case for GT AI which could attract millions Web2 and Web3 users to our App.
If it would work - it would make GT protocol one of the most popular Web3 App -> which would automatically lead to ******* listing even earlier than we expected it before.
Already gave the task to our product management team.
The team starts to work on it tomorrow. I think it could go live in few months.

4) 10M-100M organic views opportunity
We hired a company which does viral videos in TikTok, YouTube, Instagram.
They have few billions views already over their existing accounts.
We paid them $20K, they have a KPI to create 1,000 videos within 1 months and some of these videos may go viral, potentially it could bring us 10M real organic views.
Both Web2 people and Web3 people of course.
The marketing funnel would lead these users to GT Protocol.

If it would work - they can scale it 2x-10x times.
Almost nobody in Web3 can do it.
If it would work - all the industry would be ours. The task is not to easy, so let's see if they succeed.

5) T1 Listing
Had a call with MM which promises to bring us to ***** and achieve $* Billion FDV. He is ready to accept these 2 conditions as KPI goals.
***** Capital introduced me to them and vouched for them.
They already did it for $*** and some other projects.

We are starting to use a new strategy for onboarding Tier1 KOLs as longterm partners. ChainGPT advised us on that. Always get extremelly helpfull advises from them. The most professional and hardworking team in Web3. Belive in their success.

A Message to Every Web3 Enthusiast, Especially Web3 Founders.

Why does GT Protocol perform so well? Because GT Protocol isn't just another Web3 project. We didn't enter the space for speculation or to earn some money. There are things more important than money. We're here to make a significant positive impact on the world.

In the last 2 months, we've extensively worked on a long-term vision and roadmap for GT Protocol. By long-term, I mean at least the next 30-50 years. How many Web3 projects can claim such foresight? Not many.

Currently, all this information is highly confidential and has not been disclosed beyond the board members. Only the founding team can imagine what we are planning and developing for the world. We will share details with the community when the time is right.

Our mission is valuable for humanity. This is why "the system" is interested in our success and supports us. We're not fighting or trying to destroy the system, but to improve it in a very gentle, soft and supportive way. Destruction and building from scratch aren't always necessary - wisdom and strategy can achieve much more. This approach defines GT Protocol's ethos and underpins my belief in GT Protocol long-term success.

Mentality plays a crucial role. The right mindset is foundational for any Web3 company's success. A company is always a reflection of its founders' mentality.

A project led by founders with a proper mentality can thrive, while the lack of mentality is the reason why many fail. Most projects are founded with short-term financial income goals, prioritizing material gains. When founders reach their comfort zone, financial income no longer inspire or motivate them for innovation and progress, leading to the project's failure.

Moreover, financial motivation alone is insufficient to navigate through significant challenges and hardships.
Sometimes life and business challenges are so hard that they make financial rewards seem unworthy of all the effort and stress which you may face. This is a primary reason for failure: a lack of inner inspiration,energy and motivation to overcome hard challenges to continue the journey.

But there is a solution. Yat Siu, co-founder of Animoca Brands, shared this advice when I did an interview with him: Avoid building projects solely for financial gain. Embrace a higher purpose. Yat is a living example of following this principle, pursuing Animoca Brands not for wealth - which he attained long ago - but for greater purposes. As we do at GT Protocol.

A higher purpose aims you to face any challenge with the knowledge that your higher goal is far more important than your personal pain and struggles. This principle is key to overcoming any challenges and achieving success. As you feel responsibility not only for oneself, but for an entire world.

My dialogues with founders. This is the advice I give to every Web3 project seeking my help and guidance: aim higher goals, aim to change the world, aim to solve problems. I encourage founders to discover how their project can change the world. If it cannot, they will need to transform the project so that it can achieve this purpose. It will naturally benefit not just the founders and the company, but a whole society. The math is quite simple, don't you agree? Once founders identify a way to make a significant impact, I'm always more than open to help in realizing that goal. Otherwise, investing time and energy doesn't seem reasonable if the project doesn't have the potential to benefit humanity.
