The Pennsylvania Supreme Court already ruled that ballots w/ missing or incorrect dates cannot be counted.

Despite this, Bucks County is continuing to count them, anyway.

Democrat Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia said,

“Precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country;” “people violate laws anytime they want;” & “if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention to it.”

Chairman Michael Whatley has already filed several lawsuits.

Republican Dave Sunday will be sworn in as PA Attorney General in January 2025.

We are all over this.

Cambria County still doesn’t have all of its votes counted.

For context, Trump won 48,000 votes in 2020.

As of right now, w/ 50% in, he’s at 24,000 votes.

This county votes 2-1 Republican.
