We would like to explain and propose a plan based on the following factors:

1. Changing the STN smart contract: Instead of using the current smart contract with 10 billion STN tokens, we propose deploying a new smart contract for STN with only 500 million tokens. This is intended to create scarcity and limit the supply of STN, thereby generating price appreciation and increasing the value of the new STN tokens.

2. Conversion rate from old to new tokens: Every 100 old STN tokens will be converted into 1 new token (AIS Token). This helps balance and transition the old tokens into the new ones, ensuring fairness for STN holders.
Note: The new token converted will be unlocked 100%

3. Relisting STN at a price of 0.01: Our plan is to relist STN on exchanges at a price of 0.01. This means that the price of STN will increase 330 times compared to the current price. Our goal is to create an attractive price point and enhance the value for investors and STN holders.

4. About STN-A tokens: STN-A will no longer be vested into STN, it will become as a separate token used for upgrading NFT levels.

If we achieve a 70% agree vote in favor of this plan, we will proceed with its implementation.
