It can also be because of your internet provider. Maaring may built in VPN system or hindi nasasagap ng maayos ni NBA ang accurate location ng ip add mo. Baka need ireset.
For the meantime, waiting tayo sa response ng tech support ni NBA. But according to them, the scenario can truly affect the client's network or ip address .
