GIFT - A smart city rising from the dust.
The real estate growth of this desert area of Gandhinagar as a powerhouse of Fintech companies has been phenomenal. Obviously the best example of how proper planning and execution can transform coal into diamond. In the GIFT city everything is executed at a phenomenal pace, that too with perfection and beauty. I hope at this pace in just 3 years GIFT will be transformed into THE IDEAL CITY of India. The talented youngsters would be more than happy to migrate to this place. The only sad thing is that the real estate price has already touched the sky. Only the affluent people will be able to invest here now. Anyway, I am happy that the success of the GIFT will encourage the other states of India to follow a smart city development model.
