Answer: Your 221(g) refusal will be replaced by 212(f) refusal, and we will hope overwhelmed consular office will submit waiver request. (provided there’s a waiver provision)

🇺🇸⚖ قاضی دادگاه فدرال در ایالت واشنگتن فرمان اجرایی ترامپ در مورد حق شهروندی به صرف تولد در خاک آمریکا را برای ۱۴ روز متوقف کرد.
به موجب این فرمان اجرایی ترامپ، افرادی که از والدینی متولد می شوند که به صورت غیرقانونی یا با ویزاهای غیر مهاجرتی در آمریکا هستند دیگر شهروند ایالات متحده محسوب نمی شوند.

FAQ: Could Trump reinstating the "Muslim Ban" impact me if I'm a Christian?

Answer: Absolutely, the ban could still impact you. That's because the ban will prohibit entry of those born in certain countries (although most will probably be Muslim-majority countries).

During Trump's first term, many of our Iranian clients were Christians but this gave them no benefit with immigration.
