Impact of Trump Tariff
Trump has imposed 25% tariff on Canada and Mexico and 10% on China. Canada and Mexico have retaliated with counter tariffs. China has still not but weighing its options.
With tariff, cost of goods and services in US will increase. Inflation will rise not only in US but also globally. With inflation rising in US, there will be no rate cut by Fed. If Fed will not cut rates, RBI also wont cut.
10Y US bond yield will rise from 4.5 to 5 percent. Nifty has given 8 percent YOY return. In dollar terms itโs less than 6 percent. If FII are getting risk free 5 % return by investing in US 10Y bonds, why will they invest in Indian equities?
FII outflows will thus continue as they already find Indian valuation expensive. Trump tariff is a huge factor in global trade which we have not yet factored in. Tomorrow morning we will see reaction in Asian markets.

Markets Weekly Analysis
Nifty last week closed with gain of 0.8%. In this process it defended the 200 days EMA at 23440 and almost touched its 50 days EMA placed at 24240.
Now next week till Nifty is above 23900 it can climb back to 24150 and 24240 levels which is its 50 days EMA. Above 24240 it can move towards 24500 levels.
If Nifty sustains below 23900 than there can be long unwinding and it can move towards 23700 and 23500.
Bank Nifty is more weaker than Nifty now and till it is below 51840 it can move towards 50400. Break below 50400 will be very bad for banks and we can see upto 1500 pts fall below that level.
Overall Nifty is in range of 23300 to 24800 and we will get a big trending move once it breaks this range.

Post Market Analysis
Nifty today again faced resistance at 23860-70 area and made a panic low of 23650. Due to big player playing straddle at 23750, today Nifty was mostly rangebound.
It has been 4 days since last Friday, market is in a range. Nifty is preparing for a big move in next one or two days. Be prepared for a big move on either side. Expecting a move of 300-400 pts in next 1-2 days.
Keep position sizing low and priority should be captial protection.

Good Morning Traders,
Yesterday US mkts staged smart recovery from the lows and closed at days high. US mkts wont fall before big before 5 Nov due to elections but post elections we can have huge volatility.
Our markets have broken weekly low yesterday and now bigger targets are coming towards 23400 levels which is 200 days ema. Vix has gone up suggesting volatility and huge price swings so keeping qty low would be the key.

Yesterday US market fell from ATH as US 10Y bond yield spiked to 4.19%. One of the Fed governor spoke about slowing rate cuts due to strong economic data. Also Goldman โ Sach came out with a report saying that the decade of Big S&P 500 gain is over which weighed on thr markets.
Our markets fell yesterday but staged some recovery towards the end. Pain is there in mid and small caps which will continue till Oct end.
