As I celebrate my 30th birthday today, I bow with deep respect and gratitude to my parents, ancestors, teachers, family, and friends. I stand at the threshold of a pivotal chapter in my life, where it's time to set aside the carefree ways of twenties and embrace the responsibilities that this new age calls for. Health and Arth should be our top priority.
