I met his mother at a conference years ago where she read out a letter he wrote from prison. It was one of the most heart wrenching things I've ever heard. He is clearly a thoughtful tender soul and this pardon is a sign of compassion, I'm happy to hear of this.

Villians like Chuck Schumer illegally ordered the use of NSA systems to locate Ross in a constitutionally criminal technique called "parallel reconstruction." They use tools not allowed under normal processes of criminal procedure and than pretend to reconstruct the case as though the police just happened to find that evidence....

Apparently, since 2023, Meta has been creating open and secret AI-generated profiles on Instagram and Facebook and helping them thrive.

They posted AI-generated images, had AI-generated personalities, and ran AI-generated replies whenever someone texted.

When this was made public, Meta killed the program (at least - its known part) and restricted search for the bots' usernames.
