On the eve of President Tinubu's approval of the new national anthem, Maazi Ezeoke of NjenjeMediaTav a London had the opportunity to sit down with Akin Fapohunda, the author of the viral draft constitution proposing to change Nigeria from 36 states to 9 regions.
