In a letter found in the British archives dated August 1943, British Psychological Operations Director Victor Cavendish wrote the following, in a hand written internal memo, quote:

The Department of Homeland security just released a “Groundbreaking Framework” to introduce AI as an essential “security” foundation for the nation.

It will be used for “critical infrastructure” such as power, water, travel etc.

Everything at the government level will be condensed into being powered and monitored by AI. Elon’s “Department of Government Efficiency” will do just that. Slash jobs and expenses so that the AI technology will do it better and faster. This is what they will do and this is all about the beast system’s Digital ID, the crypto financial system take over and the vaccines as a means to track and trace individuals.
