ଓଡ଼ିଆରେ ଭଜନ ଅନେକ ଅଛି। ଭଜନ ସମ୍ରାଟଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ନମିତା ଅଗ୍ରୱାଲଙ୍କ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅନେକ ଗାୟକ ନିଜର କାଳଜୟୀ ଭଜନ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରି ଓଡ଼ିଆ ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ସହ ,ସାହିତ୍ୟ ଜଗତକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ପରିସ୍ଫୁଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ନମିତା ଅଗ୍ରୱାଲଙ୍କ ଗୋଟେ ଭଜନ ଥିଲା " ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ହୋ କିଛି ମାଗୁ ନାହିଁ ତୋତେ "। ସତରେ ଚମତ୍କାର ସେ ଭଜନ। ଆଖିରୁ ଲୁହ ଆସି ଯାଏ ସେ ଭଜନରେ। ସବୁଠାରୁ ଉତ୍କର୍ଷ ହେଲା ଭଜନର ଶବ୍ଦ। ବନମାଳୀ ଦାସ ସେ ଗୀତ ରଚନା ବେଳେ ତାଙ୍କ ମସ୍ତିଷ୍କ ସାହିତ୍ୟ,ଭକ୍ତି ଆଉ ସମର୍ପଣର କେଉଁ ଉଚ୍ଚତର ସୋପାନରେ ଥାଇ ଲେଖିଥିବେ ତାହା ବିସ୍ମୟ ଠାରୁ କମ୍ ନୁହେଁ। ଗୋଟେ ଗୋଟେ ସମୟ ଭିତରେ ଏମିତି କାଳଜୟୀ ଗୀତ ଲେଖା ଯାଏ,ଯାହା ସବୁଦିନ ପାଇଁ ଅମର ରୁହେ। ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ସୁଧାକର ବାଳକୃଷ୍ଣ ଦାସଙ୍କ " ବାଧିଲା ଜାଣି କ୍ଷମା" , ଭଜନ ସମ୍ରାଟଙ୍କ " କୋଠ ଭୋଗ ଖିଆ" ସେଇଭଳି ସବୁ ଅମର ଭଜନ। ଆମ ଜେଜେ ପସନ୍ଦ କରୁଥିଲେ, ବାପା ବି ପସନ୍ଦ କରୁଥିଲେ , ମୁଁ ବି ପସନ୍ଦ କରୁଛି। ଆମ ପରପିଢ଼ି ବି ସେମିତି ପସନ୍ଦ କରିବେ। ସାହିତ୍ୟ କେତେ ଯେ କାଳଜୟୀ ,ତାହା ସହଜରେ ଏଇଠୁ ଅନୁମେୟ । ଅନେକ ଦିନ ତଳେ ପଢ଼ି ଥିଲି , ଗପ ଗଢ଼ିବା ଏମିତି ଏକ ସୃଜନ କଳା,ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ସିଦ୍ଧି କେବେ କାହାକୁ ମିଳେ ନାହିଁ। ସେଥି ପାଇଁ ଭଲ ଗପ ଥାଏ,ଭଲ ଗାଳ୍ପିକ କେହି ନଥାନ୍ତି। କାରଣ ଶହେ ଦୁର୍ବଳ ଗଳ୍ପ ଉପରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ସଫଳ ଗପ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ଟେକି ଛିଡ଼ା ହୁଏ। ସେହି ଗଳ୍ପଟି ପାଇଁ ଗାଳ୍ପିକ/ଗାଳ୍ପିକା ପରିଚିତ ପାଆନ୍ତି। ବହୁ ମାତ୍ରାରେ ପରିଚିତ କିମ୍ବା ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧି ହେଲାପରେ ବି ଦୁର୍ବଳ କାହାଣୀ ଆସିପାରେ। ଏହା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସ୍ଵାଭାବିକ କଥା। କାରଣ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧି ସହ ସିଦ୍ଧିର କୌଣସି ସମ୍ପର୍କ ନାହିଁ। ଓଡ଼ିଆ ସାହିତ୍ୟରେ ବି ଏମିତି ଅନେକ କାଳଜୟୀ ଲେଖା ଅଛି। ମୁଁ ବେଳେ ବେଳେ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହୁଏ ଯେଉଁ କଥା ଜଣେ ସାଧାରଣ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ସହଜରେ ଭାବିପାରେ ନାହିଁ, ତାକୁ ଜଣେ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଏତେ ସୁନ୍ଦରରେ ଲେଖି ପାରେ କେମିତି ? ମୁଁ କିଛି ଦିନ ତଳେ ଗୋଟେ କବିତାର ଧାଡ଼ି ଦେଇ ଥିଲି " ଦୁନିଆରେ କେତେ ପାପ ଯାଉ ନାହିଁ ଅନ୍ଧାର କୋଳେ ଲୁଚି, ହେଲେ ଏଣେ ଦେଖ କିଏ ଦୋଷ ନିଏ ଖାଲି ଟିକେ ଗପ କରି। ମୁଁ ଜାଣିନି କେତେ ଜଣ ଏହାର ଅର୍ଥ ବୁଝି ଥିଲେ। ମୁଁ ବୁଝେଇ ଦେଉଛି। ଦୁନିଆରେ ଅନେକ ପାପ ହେଉଛି। ଅନେକ ପାପୀ ବି ଅଛନ୍ତି। ସବୁ ପାପ କଣ ଜଣ ପଡ଼ୁଛି ? ସବୁ ପାପୀ କଣ ଧରା ପଡ଼ୁଛନ୍ତି ? ସମୟ ସହ ଅନେକ ପାପ ଆଉ ପାପୀ ଲୁଚି ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି। ଏଣେ କିଏ ଟିକେ ସେ ପାପ ବିଷୟରେ କଥା ହେଇ କି ବି ସବୁ ଦୋଷ ତାକୁ ଦିଆ ଯାଉଛି। ଆପଣ ଦେଖିଥିବେ ବେଳେବେଳେ ଆପଣ କିଛି କରି ନଥିବେ କିମ୍ବା ଆପଣଙ୍କର କୌଣସି ବି ସେ ଘଟଣାରେ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଅବଦାନ ନଥିବ। କେବଳ ଆପଣ ସେଥି ଥିଲେ ବୋଲି କିମ୍ବା ସେ ବିଷୟରେ କହିଦେଲେ ବୋଲି ଆପଣ ହିଁ ଦୋଷୀ ହେଇ ଯାଆନ୍ତି ସେଥି। ବାସ୍ କଥା ଟି ଏତିକି। ତାକୁ ଏତେ ଚିନ୍ତାଶୀଳ ଶବ୍ଦରେ ଲେଖିବା କଣ ସବୁ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ସମ୍ଭବ ? ହୁଏତ ସବୁ ମଣିଷଙ୍କ ଦେହରେ ରକ୍ତ,ମାଂସ,ହାଡ଼ ସମାନ ଭାବରେ ଥାଇ ପାରେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ମଣିଷର ବୁଦ୍ଧି,ଚିନ୍ତା କରିବାର ଦକ୍ଷତା ନେଇ ମଣିଷ ଭିନ୍ନ। କେବେ ବି ସବୁ ମଣିଷ ସମାନ ନୁହଁନ୍ତି। ହୁଏତ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ସମାନ ଦକ୍ଷତା ଥାଇ ପାରେ। ଦକ୍ଷତାର ବ୍ୟବହାର ହିଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭିଡ଼ ଭିତରୁ ଅଲଗା କରେ। ସାହିତ୍ୟ ଗୋଟେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧିର ବିଷୟ। ତେଣୁ ଆପଣ ଯାହା ବୁଝି ପାରୁ ନାହାଁନ୍ତି, ତାହା ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣେ ବୁଝୁଛନ୍ତି। ଯାହା ଆପଣ କେବେ ଚିନ୍ତା କରି ପାରୁ ନାହାଁନ୍ତି,ତାହା ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣେ କରି ପାରୁଛନ୍ତି। ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଭଗବାନ କିଛି ନା କିଛି ଭିନ୍ନ ଜ୍ଞାନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। କଳାକାରକୁ ହୁଏତ ଆପଣ ଘୃଣା କରି ପାରନ୍ତି। ଜଣେ କଳାକାରର କଳାକୁ ଅସମ୍ମାନ , ହତ୍ୟା ସହ ସମାନ।

✅ India Meteorological Department (IMD) Issues Report on Severe Cyclonic Storm "DANA" over Bay of Bengal (22nd-26th October)

(i) Formation & Landfall: Cyclone "DANA" developed as a low-pressure area over the east-central Bay of Bengal and adjoining North Andaman Sea. It made landfall on the north Odisha coast, near Habalikhati Nature Camp (Bhitarkanika) and Dhamra, from 0130 to 0330 hrs IST on October 25th (2000 to 2200 UTC, Oct 24), with wind speeds reaching 100-110 kmph and gusts up to 120 kmph.

(ii) Advance Alerts by IMD: IMD first indicated the possible development of a depression on October 23rd, noting potential intensification into a cyclone over east-central Bay of Bengal in its extended range outlook issued on October 17th—around 7.5 days before landfall.

(iii) Pre-Cyclone Watch for Odisha and West Bengal: Issued on October 20th when a cyclonic circulation formed over the North Andaman Sea, about 4.5 days before landfall. This alert was followed by a Cyclone Alert two days before landfall, as DANA strengthened into a deep depression, and a Cyclone Warning 1.5 days before landfall for the Odisha-West Bengal coasts.

(iv) Precise Forecasting: On October 21st at 1400 hrs IST (about 3.5 days ahead of landfall), IMD provided detailed pre-genesis track, intensity, and landfall predictions, forecasting landfall between Puri and Sagar Island near Bhitarkanika and Dhamra during midnight on October 24th and early morning on October 25th, 2024, with wind speeds of 100-110 kmph gusting to 120 kmph. These predictions remained consistent through to landfall.

(v) High Accuracy in Forecasting: IMD recorded near-zero error in predicting landfall point, time, and intensity. Track prediction error remained within 20-30 km, and intensity predictions had minimal error (3-7 knots) up to 72 hours in advance. Overall, the accuracy of IMD's operational forecasting was significantly better than the long-period average errors observed between 2019 and 2023.
