However, there are other factors at play. IVs will expand massively, When the options are deep ITM like in this case, far end contracts will gain more extrinsic. So in that case, BSX options will have more extrinsic than Nifty in all likelyhood. Also there are other things to be considered - Liquidity, revised margin requirements, RMS square off, etc. all of which we will discuss this Saturday.

What happens if we hit a lower circuit tomorrow? Nifty and Sensex have high correlation, so assuming one hits the circuit, other will also hit the circuit. From the individual payoff it can be seen that profit in one will mostly offset the loss in the second.
