• Execute the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and operation activities at Site. Ensure that the activities execution comply with the relevant operating procedures, the HSE requirements and the scheduled time. • Assist and work with Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians, Mechanical Operators and Mechanical Fitters, Laboratory Technicians when working on process systems
• Monitor/undertake the correct operations of all process plant and equipment
Support operations and optimizations' of daily requirements for chemical dosing associated with the process system

Skills
Knowledge of maintenance activities for process equipment (including but not limited to rotating, static, instrumentation, electrical equipment) and relevant tools.
Experience on main Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up & Operation activities. Knowledge and experience in Plant Operation.

Walaupun proses ini penuh cabaran, saya tetap mengatur dan menguruskan segalanya secara dalam talian untuk menjimatkan kos, kerana saya percaya setiap langkah ini mendekatkan saya dengan impian saya. Pernahkah saya merasa malu? Tidak. Pernahkah saya terfikir untuk menyerah? Tidak sama sekali! Setiap usaha yang saya lakukan adalah satu langkah lebih dekat untuk mencapai kejayaan.

This full-time, on-site role will focus on managing Invitations to Bid (ITB), market surveys, Requests for Quotations (RFQ), contract negotiations, and proposal management. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Marine industries and will be proficient in managing the full contract lifecycle, from pre-award to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards while aligning with company goals.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed and accurate proposals, ensuring all contractual requirements and project specifications are met.
- Industry Focus: Work across sectors like Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Marine, customizing contracts to meet the specific needs and regulatory frameworks of each industry.
- Communication: Liaise between internal teams and clients, conveying contract terms and proposal details.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Contract & Proposal Executive roles, particularly in Oil & Gas with expertise in managing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Third-Party Inspection Services, Specialist Manpower Supply Contracts, and Oil & Gas parts trading.

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in preparing and managing contracts.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of legal requirements within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Marine sectors.

Potensi besar Kelantan dalam industri minyak dan gas ialah kerana kedudukan yang sangat strategik dan dekat dengan tiga kawasan sumber utama minyak dan gas yang menyumbang kepada keperluan tenaga negara dan serantau, iaitu:

1. North Malay Basin (NMB) – Lembangan yang kaya dengan gas asli, terletak di luar pantai Semenanjung Malaysia.
2. Malaysia-Thailand Joint Development Area (MTJDA) – Kawasan penerokaan bersama antara Malaysia dan Thailand yang menghasilkan gas asli dan minyak mentah.
3. Malaysia-Vietnam Commercial Arrangement Area (MVCAA) – Kawasan penerokaan di sempadan maritim Malaysia dan Vietnam.
Hari ini juga saya menerima kunjungan hormat daripada wakil Tok Bali Supply Base (TBSB) di Pejabat Menteri Besar untuk melaporkan perkembangan dan memperkukuhkan kerjasama strategik dalam membangunkan sektor minyak dan gas, khususnya di Kelantan.

TBSB dapat menjadi pusat sokongan penting kepada operasi minyak dan gas di negara kita antara kelebihannya:
1. Menjimatkan kos operasi syarikat minyak dan gas antarabangsa kerana lokasinya yang dekat.
2. Mewujudkan peluang pekerjaan untuk rakyat Kelantan.
3. Merancakkan aktiviti ekonomi tempatan melalui sokongan kepada perniagaan kecil dan sederhana.
4. Meningkatkan pelaburan asing dan pembangunan infrastruktur di kawasan Tok Bali.

Kerajaan Negeri Kelantan sentiasa komited demi memastikan manfaat ekonomi dan sosial dapat dinikmati oleh seluruh rakyat Negeri Kelantan. Selain keperluan segera dalam pembinaan Benteng Pemecah Ombak bagi merealisasikan potensi besar TBSB di masa hadapan.

For fresh graduates’ knowledge, the full form of FPSO is Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading. These are floating facilities (Hull + Topside Module) over the sea used for production, storage, and offloading of crude oil. FPSOs are very important as FPSOs are one of the primary methods of oil processing as well as storage. The FPSO industry starts from design & engineering phase, followed by construction, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance.

- Strong mechanical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Our client, oil & gas operator is hiring an 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧 to join their team at a GTL Plant in Bintulu, Sarawak. This role involves working on shifts and is an excellent opportunity for those with experience in the oil and gas industry.

𝑷𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑶𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒆𝒘:
Responsible for operating and maintaining processes in the Main Plant or Solid Wax Plant facilities. This includes starting up and shutting down units safely, perform plant lab analysis of selected sample, conducting proactive monitoring and ensuring safe production activities.

𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔:
Diploma or certificates in Physics or Chemistry, with experience in petrochemical industries.

Note: While this role starts as a contract-based position, there is a strong possibility of transitioning to a permanent role as vacancies arise and if you are performing outstanding on learner mind set, technical skills and social skills
