Hi everyone 👋 Join us for SoC Computing Day! This year's theme is "Code and Chill", so come take a breather by participating in physical games and coding competitions hosted by the Computing Club.

We'll be showcasing our previous video games, as well as hosting speed running competitions!

Project: Dev is back this year! Hop on the train and follow NUSGDG on developing the game you ever wanted to make.

What is Project: Dev?
A 12-week programme for NUS students from all faculties held by NUSGDG to encourage game-makers working towards their dream project.

How does the programme work?
1. Participants prepare their game ideas and sign up via the registration form: https://nus.campuslabs.com/engage/submitter/form/start/649550
2. Once accepted and matched, the participant starts working on the game.
3. NUSGDG will give guidance to the team during the process.
4. Playtest your game on Week 12!

Registration form will close on 23:59 3rd September, so make sure to mark the calendar!

🚨Project Mentor: Sign Up by 4 August!🚨

Were you ever an anxious freshie? Do you feel like you could've used some advice back then? Here's your chance to give back to the community!

Join Project Mentor, a sem-long peer mentorship program, and mentor two freshmen as they begin their SoC journey. The commitment is approximately 8 hours throughout semester 1, including a welcome tea, 3 meetings with free 🍕, and answering the occasional question on Telegram.

Summer Game Jam (SGJ) is
NUSGDG’s annual casual event where game developers can sharpen their skills through a themed, timed challenge. There will be no judges, prizes, or official ceremonies.
Your game might be showcased at the upcoming Student Life Fair for new freshmen to enjoy!

🚀 What is this year’s theme?
"To Infinity And Beyond": Push the boundaries of your imagination, explore uncharted territories, and create a game that truly embodies the essence of boundless exploration. The possibilities are endless, and we can't wait to see what you come up with!
