The last update of WhatsApp’s privacy component led to difficulties with tracking WhatsApp standard accounts in the usual way.
Currently, we can track only WhatsApp Business accounts. Hence we’ve prepared an instruction on moving the WhatsApp Standard account to the Business one with keeping all chats and contacts.
We have attached step by step video guides for iOS and Android.
The idea is simple - if your tracked numbers belong to family members, you might have a chance to make these changes in order to continue tracking.
In addition to tracking of the WhatsApp Business profiles, our app also track profiles in other social networks:

- VK

Due to changes on the Whatsapp side, there are crashes in our application. Today there was another change and now most Whatsapp profiles are not tracked. This is a problem not only for our application, but for all similar applications in general.
