First build of 11.4.2

Fixed: Can't play/view real GIF messages when take GIF as video is enabled

Note: Official Telegram added dav1d (the AV1 decoder) in this update, but I'm having issue to get it compiled, so it's absent for now.

I think it's somewhat obvious but just in case some of you don't know:

- I wouldn't send PM directly without asking in group first
- NekoX (ghetto or not) related accounts have verified indicator
- Don't trust PM from strangers (enable account ID display in Neko settings in case of imposters)
- Last but not least, this is NekoX ghetto, not Nekogram πŸ˜…

- Block bot without deleting history by default
- Don't send "/start" when restarting bot
- Override device performance class
- Use roaming preset when data saver is on

Fixed:
- Add account button not hidden when max amount is reached
- Stability improvements

Misc:

- Apply URL cleaner when copying and sharing links

- Copy sticker button in message menu
- Folder icon settings like desktop (previous local only implementation still works)
- Image message size tweak (enable aspect fit & increase max height)

Fixed:
- Crash on importing sticker json
- Clicking ban button in join request list caused crash when error occurred
- Download button on action bar overlaps with search button when downloading file
- Lingva missing in translate error popup
- Translate state not loaded properly due to lack of language detector
