*चिकित्सा मंत्री गजेंद्र सिंह खींवसर के निर्देश पर तैयार गाइडलाइन की बानगी, गाइडलाइन के मुताबिक प्रोबेशनकाल के चिकित्सकों का नहीं होगा तबादला, जो चिकित्सक पिछले पांच साल से चल रहे है डेपुटेशन पर, वो वापस आएंगे, इसके अलावा बरसों से दूरदराज में बैठे कार्मिकों को घर के पास लाने का होगा प्रयास, हालांकि, इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में ये फोकस रहेगा कि सभी खाली पदों पर लगे कार्मिक*

बेरोजगार चिकित्सकों को भजनलाल सरकार देगी तोहफा, मेडिकल ऑफिसर्स भर्ती के पदों की संख्या में होगा इजाफा, बजट में घोषित नए अस्पतालों के हिसाब से MO के 79 पदों की स्वीकृति, सरकार स्तर से मिली मंजूरी के बाद 79 पदों को भर्ती में जोड़ने की कवायद, साथ ही करीब 200 से अधिक MO के नए पद स्वीकृति के प्रस्ताव भी विचाराधीन, इन पदों को मंजूरी मिलने पर 250 से अधिक पदों का होगा MO भर्ती में इजाफा, फिलहाल, 1220 पदों के लिए RUHS प्रशासन के स्तर पर प्रक्रियाधीन है भर्ती*

In continuation to the Notification dated 14.11.2024, all concerned are hereby informed that on-line registration / application is being re-opened for a period of 2 days from 17.11.2024 to 18.11.2024. All concerned In-service candidates are specifically informed that if they wish to get benefit of incentive / bonus marks, this is the last opportunity for them to register / apply to participate in the State Counseling Process. After that, whenever the registration / application is re-opened for further rounds then candidature of fresh registered in-service candidates will be considered without giving any incentive / bonus marks. Refer detailed notification available at the website.

*पीजी मेडिकल कोर्स में प्रवेश हेतु आवेदन स्वीकार करने के हाई कोर्ट ने दिए निर्देश*
प्रार्थी डॉ. प्रीतम यादव ने नीट पीजी 2024 में उत्तीर्ण होने के बाद नीट पीजी एडमिशन काउंसलिंग बोर्ड 2024 जयपुर द्वारा जारी नोटिफिकेशन दिनाक 23.09.2024 के अनुसरण में आवेदन ऑनलाइन किया तथा पार्ट -1 सक्सेफुली पूर्ण हो गया । बोर्ड द्वारा जारी नोटिफिकेशन में आवेदन प्रारंभ करने की तारीख तो 25.09.2021 थी लेकिन उक्त नोटिफिकेशन में आवेदन प्रस्तुत करने की कोई अन्तिम तारीख नियत नहीं की गई । बोर्ड ने एक अन्य नोटिफिकेशन दिनांक 30.10.2024 को जारी कर वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन एम डी, एम एस, पोस्ट एम० बी० बी०एस० डिप्लोमाकोर्स में प्रवेश हेतु अन्तिम दिनांक 02/11/2024 तय कर दी । नोटिफिकेशन दिनांक 30/10/2024 के अनुसार रजिस्ट्रेशन हेतु साईट 02/11/12024 को 11:45 पी .एम. तक ही ऑपन रहेगी, तत्पश्चात रजिस्ट्रेशन की कोई भी प्रार्थना स्वीकार नहीं की जावेगी । प्रार्थी ने दिनांक 02/11/2024 को नोटिफिकेशन संज्ञान में आने के पश्चात एप्लिकेशन पार्ट 2 में दस्तावेज पूर्ण करने हेतु प्रयास किया लेकिन कमजोर सर्वर के कारण आवेदन सबमिट नहीं हुआ । जिस पर प्रार्थी ने दिनांक 03/11/2024 को प्रातः पुनः आवेदन सबमिट करने का प्रयास किया तो डिसप्ले बोर्ड पर यह अंकित हुआ पाया कि फॉर्म भरने का अन्तिम समय व अन्तिम तारीख समाप्त हो चुकी है। प्रार्थी ने स्टेट काउंसलिंग प्रोसेस एवं पीजी मेडिकल कोर्स हेतु रजिस्ट्रेशन एवं आवेदन प्रक्रिया में शामिल करने हेतु अपने अधिवक्ता सुनील कुमार सिंगोदिया के जरिये उच्च न्यान्यलय में रीट याचिका प्रस्तुत की तथा निवेदन किया कि प्रार्थी का नीट पीजी 2024 में अच्छी मेरिट आने के बाबजूद उसका फॉर्म स्वीकार नहीं किया जाना व पीजी कोर्स से रजिस्ट्रेशन के अभाव में वंचित किया जाना प्रार्थी के उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के अधिकारों के विपरीत है । बोर्ड ने एक तो प्रारम्भ में नोटिफिकेशन दिनांक 23.09.2024 में आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि नियत नहीं की और दूसरा दीपावली के उत्सव के दौरान ही नोटिफिकेशन दिनांक 30. 10. 2024 जारी कर अल्पकाल में केवल मात्र तीन दिन में ही आवेदन सबमिट करने हेतु हिदायत दी । दिनांक 30. 10. 2024 से 03. 11. 2024 तक राज्य में अवकाश रहा जनरल क्लॉसेस एक्ट के नियम 10 के अनुसार यदि किसी प्रक्रिया व कार्य के अंतिम दिन राज्य अवकाश होता है तो उक्त अवकाश के अगले दिन तक वह प्रक्रिया व कार्य पूर्ण किया जा सकता है । प्रार्थी के अधिवक्ता के तर्कों से सहमत होते हुए माननीय न्यायाधीश समीर जैन ने प्रार्थी डॉ. प्रीतम यादव की याचिका स्वीकार कर आदेश के 24 घंटो के भीतर भीतर प्रार्थी के आवेदन को स्वीकार कर स्टेट काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया में शामिल करने के निर्देश दिये ।
