DOWNTREND MARKET STRUCTURE

H (HIGH) , L (LOW) , LH (LOWER HIGH) , LL (LOWER LOW)

Characteristics of Downtrend:
-Price continues to Break previous Low (L)
-Price forms a new Low (L) which is lower than the previous (LL)
-Price forms a High (H) that is Lower than previous High (LH)

When Market is in DOWNTREND , “FOCUS ON SELL SETUPS” (FOLLOW THE TREND)

UPTREND MARKET STRUCTURE

H (HIGH) , L ( LOW), HH (HIGHER HIGH), HL (HIGHER LOW)

Characteristics of Uptrend:
- Price continues and Breaks previous High
- Price forms a Higher High from the previous one (HH)
- Price forms a Higher Low from the previous one (HL)

When market is in an UPTREND , “FOCUS ON BUY SETUPS” (FOLLOW TREND)

DOUBLE TOP CHART PATTERN

-Double Top is a BEARISH reversal pattern.
-Double Top has 2 Highs and 1 support/neckline.
-Double Top Occurs when the price makes a High (1st top) then goes down to make a support, then the price moves up to make a new High (2nd top) and fails to form a (Higher high) which is a higher high than the previous high.

HOW TO ENTER DOUBLE TOP (MEDIUM RISK)

-Mark 1st Top zone from body to shadow
- Wait for the price to enter the zone & entry

HOW TO ENTER DOUBLE TOP (LOW RISK)

- Wait for price to breakout support.
- Mark the support that is on the breakout.
-Wait for price pullback to support that has been broken out.
