1. If someone s sharing their pain JUST SHUT UP and LISTEN. Don't give solutions as they already knew their solutions. Only give solutions only if they ask

2. If someone shares their pain, for God's SAKE, NEVER SAY that the pain they're going through is EXACTLY THE SAME that you went through and Don't draw parallels and equals with someone's pain. Just like everyone is different, the way people perceive pain too is different, unique and has no precedent. So don't compare their position with yours.

3. If you're going thru too much and wants to share with someone, you can always use our this Assembly. Kinder people than me are here who can console you. If it's very much to handle, my inbox is always open. You can ping me anytime.

4. If someone trusts you with their deepest secrets and worst insecurities, please be human and guard them with life. Develop an iron mentality that You shouldn't spill those secrets even at gunpoint.

Guarding someone's secret is not a privilege but a responsibility and an indicator of your maturity and trustworthyness.

One secret you shared about a person will make that person lose trust on everyone and will be hard to trust others for lifetime. Please act responsibly.

Finally,this state is temporary and good time is nearer than you think.

To everyone reading this, no matter who you are -
I love you and I care for you

Come, let's be a community who care, love and support each other.

Recently bumped into a message in our Assembly as to how to handle the pain people generally are facing through in life. Thought to post an #AdminTalks on it

Pain - It shows that you're guilty for your mistakes in the past

Pain - It shows you know you're not comfortable in your current position

Pain - It shows that you're striving hard for your version of successful life.

Pain - It's the symbol of the frustration that you couldn't be where you should be and you couldn't be whom you should be.

Pain - It's the emotional compass in your life that says that you're deviating from your conscience

And Pain - It is an indicator that you should return to your conscientious actions

As a person myself who's undergoing through a lot of pain - emotional physical social financial educational and aspirational - I won't say just sleep over and you'll get over the pain. It may subside for a while but it'll re-emerge for sure sometime later due to a lot of triggers.

I would advice that yeah this process is painful this stage of life is painful. Everyone should go through this at some point of time to climb the next level in life. So the sooner you get it the better.

Also in this fast pace of life most of us has no time for themselves but deep down they're also undergoing pain in life which will haunt them deep in the nights.

But only if you seek for help, people who are ready to console you, will hear. You should not expect them to understand your pain without you telling them. Because they may also be going through some pain and might be expecting for you to understand. Also, their version of pain is different from your version of pain.
So COMMUNICATE.

In this process too only trust a few persons in sharing your insecurities as many of us are just waiting for the right time to use your insecurities and deepest secrets against you, no matter how close they are. I have faced this recently too.

How to come out of pain?

1. Pain is inevitable buddy but for the sake of uplifting yourselves, you must go through it.

2. You must go through it alone, seek help always, but only when it's extreme and only for a short time rely on others, after then you should handle it yourself. You must not rely on them totally but only temporarily.

3. Change your perspective that the pain is not to punish you but push you up and up.

4. Develop hobbies. It can be anything. See new people. Channel that huge emotional energy of pain into more constructive versions like work outs, grooming yourselves and social services like helping people get food that are getting wasted elsewhere, volunteering in blood camps and more.

5. Remember that no matter how emotionally sensitive you're, you can control your emotions. Pain, like poverty, is a vicious cycle. It feeds itself. So try to feel little less painful every time and break that cycle slowly gradually but CONSISTENTLY.

6. Read about those giants and legends who left a legacy on earth. I'm not saying you should be as powerful as them but when you read them you'll get the most important drugs in your life - CONFIDENCE and PERSPECTIVES.

7. You've everything in you both to prosper and to perish. You choose it.
