Background: Invitation to the Open Space Discussion on How to SLAY your EB National team Candidature for MedSIN-Sudan NTs/PCs/PPRC Positions for the Term 2024/2025

What applicants need to do:
• Prepare your warm cup of TEA and bring your favorite note and a pen.
• Ensure that you have downloaded the latest version of Google meet; As the OSD will be conducted there!
• Be on TIME!

Important notes:
• Once the call is closed; MedSIN-Sudan executive board shall review applicants' validity. Afterward, The validity sheet shall be shared via server.
• For each position, A shortlist of candidates will be created by the Team of Officials, Candidates who will be shortlisted shall be communicated via email with further details on the interview schedule.
• Kindly, note that no rescheduling to any interview shall be made; Accordingly all applicants must ensure to rearrange their availability to adapt to the interviews schedule.
• A filled out example of the application form & candidature form is attached to the email, Kindly make sure to review them.
• Kindly, Do NOT distort the template in any ways, whether -including but not limited to- by changing the margins, adding or erasing new/existing sections, and altering the format and/or size of the template text as it shall deem your application’s INVALID immediately.
• All applicants must abide by the MedSIN-Sudan constitution and bylaws [Here].
• All applicants must abide by the MedSIN-Sudan Code of Conduct [Here].
• The call for MedSIN-Sudan EB NT has been included for this Call.

Validity notes:
• All applicants MUST use the official templates shared by MedSIN-Sudan Secretary General or the Executive Board. Otherwise the application shall be deemed INVALID.
• The curriculum vitae, Motivation Letter and the Plan of Action MUST NOT exceed the page limit and MUST be written in Monserrate or Arial font, Size 11. Otherwise the application shall be deemed INVALID. Using more than ONE FONT in the same Application Form will INVALIDE the candidature.
• All applications MUST be submitted to the submission form and NOT via any other means. Otherwise the application shall be deemed INVALID.
• All applications MUST be submitted no later than November 21st; 2024 - 23:59 GMT +2, Applications passing the deadline shall be deemed INVALID.
• The Candidature form must include the LMO President or any other executive board member signature and the LMO stamp. If the respective executive board member is applying, Another executive board member must sign and stamp the candidature form. Otherwise the application shall be deemed INVALID.
• With regards to the candidature form, The name of the position must be written in full form and as the same as the available positions list, The available positions list is attached [Here]. Any applicant uses other than the name submitted to the available positions sheet shall be deemed INVALID.
• Applicants may only apply for ONE position. Applying for more than one position will lead to an immediate disqualification of the applicant.

Background: Opening the 3rd Call for MedSIN-Sudan NTs/PCs/PPRC Positions for the Term 2024/2025

What applicants need to do:
• Applicants must read this email thoroughly and familiarize themselves with the application process.
• Applicants must review the NTs/PCs/PPRC booklet and familiarize themselves with the job description and selection criteria for their desired position.
• Applicants must download and fill out the provided Application Form and submit it in  PDF format.
• Applicants must submit a correctly filled out candidature form signed and stamped by the LMO president in PDF format. If the LMO President is an applicant, then another Executive Board member from the LMO must sign the document instead.
• Applicants must submit a detailed plan of action (not exceeding 3 pages) for their desired position in a PDF format.
• Applicants for EB/SCs/SDs Publication Assistant positions must submit a sample of their work.
• Applicants must submit the aforementioned documents and carefully answer all the questions within the Submission form no later than November 21st; 2024 - 23:59 GMT +2.
• Applicants may only apply for ONE position. Applying for more than one position will lead to your immediate disqualification.
• Applicants must free themselves for the interviews; which are to be conducted fully online in the period from 23rd-24th of November; 2024.
