Regarding the Market Strength:
I believe that correction is mostly done and now strong stocks will start to show recovery.
In the initial phase of recovery, many stocks will recover but strong stocks will come above 21DMA & will sustain above it.
Many weak stocks will also recover to some extent but they might not hold the gains and eventually will give up. So the initial recovery will give you some clear picture about strong vs weak stocks
It is the best time to filter stocks based on relative strength.
Here is the process in short to find strong stocks:
1. Just use any relative strength tool (Not RSI) and set 50 Days Period. Compare the performance with Nifty
2. Select stocks which are performing better than NIFTY. Mostly these stocks will trade above 50DMA & 20DMA once Nifty sustains above 24K
3. Confirm the fundamentals : Check QOQ & YOY Sales and Earning Growths
==> Shift from Weak stocks towards strong stocks

The best strategy In Coming Weeks:
Hold and Shift towards stocks which are fundamentally strong confirmed by technical strength.
Once Nifty shows some recovery (2%-3%), Start shifting from weak stocks towards strong ones even if you have to book losses.
Fundamental: Stocks which are consistently growing YOY & QOQ basis
Technicals: Stock will not sustain below 13 Week Moving Average once nifty comes above 20EMA
Hold and Shift towards stocks which are fundamentally strong confirmed by technical strength.
