LineageOS 22.1 build 20250114/20250115 | Android 15

There are a lot of things that changed for Android 15.
- User-data encryption is now enabled - the issue with it previously has been resolved. All users MUST format their data partition as a result.
- Dynamic partitions have been implemented, as it is no longer possible to not have a vendor partition. There really wasn't a good way around it other than repartitioning and I flatly refuse to go that route if possible.

Due to these changes, all custom recoveries other than Lineage Recovery is no longer supported by me.

Expect to see some new Quad DAC features, courtesy of research by the LG V20 developers.

As mentioned previously, h932 users are to install joan builds going forward, as we are now a unified ROM again.

The LG V30 is now on the list of initial devices to ship on LineageOS 21.0.

h932 has been merged into joan. *Theoretically* you can just flash joan A14 builds on top of existing h932 A13 builds, but I have not tested this due to not having a h932. Stay tuned.

Starting with next LineageOS build:
- h932: 2023-09-16
- joan: 2023-09-19

OTAs will not be functional unless you update your recovery image.

This is how it will work:
- The builds from the above dates will be installable with OTA.
- However, after you install that build, future updates will not be installed over OTA.
- What this means is that you need to update your recovery right after installing the builds on the above dates.

If you are using LineageOS recovery, you can download the recovery image from LineageOS website. It will have the same date as the build dates shown above.

If you are using TWRP, I updated it just now to fix the same issues. You can use that updated build with the notes provided above.

- Cannot switch USB mode (known source bug)
WORKAROUND: Settings -> System -> Developer Options -> Default USB Configuration

LineageOS 20.0 build 20230225 | Android 13

Starting with this build, h932 is split into a separate build. H932 users MUST flash this TWRP to flash the h932 build. Flashing the `joan` image will cause a boot fail: https://t.me/LGV30U/1438

- This seems to be fixing graphics issues and maybe also camera?
