-Strong understanding of IT products and services, including soft-ware, hardware, and cloud solutions.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
-Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
-Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
